To the manager on duty this morning December 15th 2023. I am a doordasher. You have a young man who is at the front cashier, with a vest on, and he doesn't recognize anyone who isn't his color apparently. I waited for more than 10 minutes and eventually had to get someone's attention from the back. He was helping a customer who's card was declining, I waited patiently. A lady came in and stood behind me and then proceeded to the cashiers side, he assisted her promptly. There was a guy who came in well after me, he assisted him promptly. None of these people had to say anything to this man. He was letting me know that I am invisible to him. As soon as I saw a lady in the back I waved her down and said, can you please assist me, I have a doordash order and this man has been ignoring me. She asked for the number. The young man gave her a bogus number to make it seem as if he assisted me. She goes and hands me an order that was not mines. I told her, don't listen to him he doesn't know because he didn't ask I was invisible... showed her what the number was and she grabbed my order for me. I thanked her. And your employee, the young man felt the need to antagonize me and say, you be careful and have yourself a good day. Check your cameras this morning to see his behavior. His customer service sucks. And someone should have corrected him and apologized for it. But this location, I expect it. I also sent the complaint to doordash. Maybe mixing having a variety of different nationalities might work. This is not the first time I've had an issue with your employees. What does this say about the manager? You're hiring the same type of unprofessionalism with the same jacked up attitudes. If I wasn't doing doordash if would definately be my last. Read moreI am not one to write bad reviews but this McDonald’s need to know how poorly their service is with their customers. They might already know because when I tried calling them 10+ times as I sat in the parking lot, the phone went straight to voicemail and the voicemail has not been set up!
Horribly managed service. I ordered a Fish Sandwich (fresh) a medium fry (fresh) and a medium slushy.
At the pay window the medium slush was entered as a small then corrected by the cashier. I paid with a card. I asked for a receipt and she said that it would be given to me at the next window. When I arrived at the next window, I was asked to pull forward and someone would bring me my meal. There were already 2 cars in front of me waiting for their food.
When my food was brought out, the fries were not fresh as requested so I sent them back. Then I checked the fish sandwich, it too was not fresh. I asked the young lady who brought me the new fries if the sandwich looked fresh to her and she agreed that it did not. I then also asked about the slush y. She replied, they didn’t give it to you at the window? I stated no.
I asked the young lady about my receipt and she has yet to send a manager or a receipt to the car. If I were dressed appropriately, I would have gone inside to address these issues with management. This is totally unacceptable service from any public serving entity. Please do better for your loyal customers! We pay good money and should receive quality food and at the least...

I was never asked if I was going to dine in or take my order to go, so they gave me my food in a bag instead of on a tray. Also, there were multiple tables that needed to be cleaned but that didn't seem to be a priority to the staff at all. But after finding a clean table and waiting for my order to be called, it wasn't even complete. The lady that gave me my order told me that one of my apple pies wasn't in the bag and that it would take an additional twelve minutes. One of the members of my group asked for a cup of water to mix with her lemonade and just to be ignored by the woman behind the counter. She eventually got the cup of water after asking someone else and having waited about five minutes.
They just don't seem to care about having repeat customers.
I won't be coming back anytime soon.
