This was the absolutely the worst dining experience I have ever experienced. It started by waiting 20 minutes for a table that was reserved for three weeks. When we finally got sat we were greeted by a short girl with short red-haired who’s name I don’t even know, because she was so rude she didn’t even even introduce herself to the table, but rudely asked for our drinks and took a literal hour to bring them out. She said she couldn’t take everyone’s order at once because of separate checks, but as a server myself, I know that you can. Calamari was ordered as an appetizer to hold us over until the food came, but the calamari was absolutely trifling and very undercooked. We requested another and waited 45 minutes for it to come back out before we finally canceled the whole meal because 2 hours into the dining experience and all we had was an empty glass with no food, not even the appetizer. We had to switch servers because she told one of my guest to her face “I’m busy!” In the most rude voice I’ve heard from someone in the food service industry. The second server was a little better but our overall dining experience was tarnished. After all of that the server proceeds to bring us a bill requesting that we pay for our 2 hour old food, because it was “getting cooked.” This isn’t the first time this has happened to me either. The first time I came to give this place a chance, I didn’t even get sat or greeted for 25 minutes and had to move to the bar because 30 minutes into waiting to be greeted or served, no one had come up to us or asked us did we need any help. The restaurant was not busy. I canceled my Nagoya reservation to dine with this company. I feel as though this establishment is pretty prejudice, because the same short haired server was giving phenomenal service to the white customers and that really caught my attention, and if prejudice is not the case, the staff may very well gbe. I will be contacting their home office to let them know about my horriific experience, but in the mean time save your money and go somewhere else to eat, this isn’t the place if you have...
Read more2 adults and 2 children, we were well aware they were short staffed and waited the allotted time. We were given a prompt initial response from the waiter Marc C. Table 53. He came for the order and delivery of food and payment. Did not come to do any check ups. My sister asked for a 1/2 pitcher of sangria with no ice (due to being slow drinkers, we didn't want it to get watered down). Although we did not specifically say we wanted ice in the individual glasses, we got maybe 1/8 off a pitcher full of liquid and berries. Both agreed it tasted very subpar, mostly like lemon water & vodka. 2 empty glasses were gived for the drinks.
The waiter chuckled when we asked for no ice. (What was so funny? The narrow mindedness & lack of care)
We went back to the bar and asked for ice in the individual glasses.
Fast forward, time for checkout. We asked for a receipt and he never asked if we needed boxes as we very clearly had a lot of food still left.
We flagged someone else down. We left and noticed a passive aggressive and completely unnecessary comment left on our receipt saying "no ice lol!".
Called minutes after we left and told via manager he would look into it and that it was not okay. (Same statement most make that leads nowhere)
Not many tables when we were there and we both have backgrounds in the resturaunt business and my sister is a waitress just in BG at 2 restaurants that are always busy, filled!
NEVER have been treated as a joke like this before. We were very low maintenance and understanding of them being short staffed.
But the comment, which took more time & effort to type in to the system, was above & beyond unacceptable and should be promptly handled, and hopefully some education on midnfullness helps.
I can't imagine any of our fellow waiters/waitresses doing this. I hope it gets corrected and we will...
Read moreTook a friend for Birthday dinner after a movie. I hadn’t been in awhile and always talked highly of them so she was excited to try. I’ve always loved their burgers and wings. The restaurant inside was decorated nicely and clean. However, food was awful!!!! I ordered salmon, shrimp, asparagus and truffle French fries. She ordered loaded fries and patty melt. My food was not hot, it wasn’t cold just not hot! The truffle fries came in a tiny bowl ( mind you, there is an up charge for those) and were not hot at all! I dealt with the other things not being hot, but I cannot eat cold potatoes. I asked to send those back for some fresh fries. The waitress was nice and tried to be as helpful as she could. Someone brought me the “fresh “ ones to our table. They were worse than the original ones!!! They were super greasy, it looked liked they took what I had and dumped them back in grease!!!! No pride in the presentation! I told the waitress I didn’t want them either, she suggested that the manager said to ask if I wanted something else. No. I just wanted some fresh, delicious truffle fries!!! Even though they are on the menu, I guess that was too much to expect! I ordered the roasted potatoes. They were nice and hot!!! Go figure! My friend’s “loaded “ fries (up charge also) were not loaded at all! She did not like her sandwich, bread was extremely hard and she said it wasn’t seasoned. Overall, it was a disappointing experience!!! It being her first time and me always having a good experience there.Needless to say, it was her first and last time there and mine also. It has changed, definitely not like how I loved and...
