Ethan Allen — Local services in Perrysburg

I have been an occasional customer for many years, the reasons are numerous, so let's just say at times it was 'cost effective' to make purchases at other stores. Save money- who doesn't want to? But quality...ah that's when you have to come home to Ethan Allen.

My bed frame is the sixth piece in a growing collection of home items. My children all want to know; which piece am I leaving them in my will:-) Over the last four years our search for a once-in-a- lifetime bed frame took us to a lot of the local stores- many were really quiet nice, then the pandemic hit us all, a lot a good stores closed their doors forever leaving a lot of discount stores, shabby pretenders, 'On-Line' look nice but...you know. I finally narrowed it down to a pretender, I wasn't too happy with the quality of the frame, but the cost was within range. The salesman was less than helpful (wanted to be somewhere else.) I decided to return to what I know...I know the quality of Ethan Allen. The first designer must have thought I wondered into the store by accident but once I made a selection she was on board ( maple sled bed from Vermont.) But my wife saw something...

We built a new house and ordered multiple items from Ethan Allen, Restoration Hardware, Arhaus, Bernhardt, and Frontgate. We understand COVID created unusual circumstances. However, our items from the other vendors have arrived as scheduled and without delay. Our Ethan Allen items we ordered in March are still not in and several are not anticipated for delivery until August. Our sofa actually did arrive in the local warehouse on June 25 but they won't deliver until July 9 "when they're in our area". All of the other vendors delivered as soon as the items came into the local warehouses. Also, the status on our order showed on time or improved all along until the due date so we feel very misled. We will definitely not be purchasing from Ethan Allen again, very disappointed in the...

We have purchased a few accent pieces from the warehouse sale Lately. Once they got delivered i knew right away i need professional help from an interior designer who knows how to arrange those beautiful pieces, and also get their opinion on what else will complete the setup. Sydney was the one!! the experience has been nothing but positive, I can’t thank her enough! Her visit to see my space,her choice of fabrics and colors. Main thing i never felt pressured while selecting any of the fabrics or couches and always felt welcomed at the store.. Overall great experience....
