Ordered a LP dress in a size 12 they sent the dress it was a size 8 tagged incorrectly. Reached out within hours of receiving package and Max implied as though I wore the dress or put a stain on it. Any women would tell you if you’re a size 12, you ain’t getting in a size 8 not even on your best day.!! I’m letting AE handle crazy people like Max and I WOULD never order from The Pink Cottage again as we all understand accidents happen but treating customers like this is utterly ridiculous and...
