Arby's — Restaurant in Petoskey

Fast food, try slow food. We waited 30 minutes for our food. Truth be told we didn't get a lot. Granted we came at the more busy hours, but not many people were here. By time we got our food it was cold. We saw our meal behind the counter ready, they gave us food that sat out for a little while. Their mission statement states that, "Sure it may start with the promise of a perfect sandwich, but for us it goes beyond that. It's a matter of pride. It's our commitment to serve, refresh, and delight every guest so they have a truly delicious experience. That's who we are. That's what we do. If your food or experience did not delight, we would be happy to make it right." Which they didn't. One employ was very rude and sarcastic. An older woman asked for something. He turned away and mumbled, well I already put that in your bag but sure whatever he also called her a "dumb ass." Thankfully she heard him, she angrily offered to go back and bag it her self. He also didn't even put our order in The computer!!

50 minutes in the drive thru is insane! In the 30 minute time it took from taking my order to getting to the window the drive through got through only 4 customers ahead of me with nobody inside the store when arriving at the drive thru. This was with a long wait(my guess is 10m) before acknowledging my existence, if not for other customers in the drive thru I'd have thought Arby's was closed.

The person in the drive thru then completely ignored my existence some more for over 5 minutes before finally reaching out to take payment(only taking a SINGLE order), waited another 5 minutes with the window open ignoring me to eventually hand the bag of food over that was just sitting around, ready for me to receive with zero other items added before or after taking my payment.

All in all this has been my worst experience out of every drive through I've been to across 4 states I've lived in over a 1,400 mile span. The food was barely warm and the au jus dipping sauce was ICE...

sign on outside says m-f 11-7. i showed up 5:15 cones blocking drive in back can see 4 people inside person at drive thru when approachong the place pull in three cars behind me pull in no where to turn around walk around to window to see what was going on. they couldn't even crack the window they hollered throuh the glass saying they are closed. i understand may have been shortage of supply or employee but to not allow people to pull around in thier already tight parking area and just pure disrespect for thier potental customer was over the top. especially when im thier on thier time of advertised buiness. Not a good start for whoever these new owners suppose they are not really interested in doing business. they need to be able to tell people if they are open or not before we all get backed up in their parking area. guess it will be another two or three mounths before i even try it again hopefully they can decide if or not they want to potray a good perception...
