All I can say is I have never had such poor service as I experienced here. Our waitress was awful! She has a nose ring---thats my only identifier. We were here on Friday, the 15th. You know your in trouble when 3 couples who were seated after you get their food before you. When we finally got our dinner she asked if we needed anything else. I ordered the cod dinner and asked for the coleslaw and biscuit that was to be included with the meal as indicated on the menu. Her response--"most people don't eat the biscuit so did you still want it?" Umm, yeah! That was such an odd response! While she was supposed to be getting the coleslaw and biscuit I started eating my fish and discovered it was barely luke warm, so yeah, it sat for awhile. I haven't sent food back in years but asked for a new dinner (fish needs to be hot). She brought me a new dinner which was great. But, I never got the coleslaw and biscuit. There was a couple seated next to us and I heard one of them them say "I still need that coleslaw". I realize that prices have increased to make up for lost money and we are in a resort town and am usually happy to pay 30 something dollars for two meals. But I would have enjoyed McD's fish sandwich over this! I also realize businesses are having a hard time hiring staff but she really needs to...

So rude! We got breakfast here on a family trip. We were seated relatively quickly and food was fine, but we were rushed to finish so they could turn our table. The menu has a whole explanation about how the restaurant is at fifty percent capacity and to be courteous of others waiting, so we were not sitting around enjoying a cup of coffee or anything like that. We quickly helped our three young children get their food ready and eat, but the waitress started acting rude when we asked for more coffee ... I still had half a plate of pancakes at the time. She then snatched our check and muttered that she would just take it up herself when I was still finishing my food and kept asking me to take a box. She spent more time chatting with a table she knew sitting near us than she gave us to eat. We were at our table for maybe half hour ... had our food for less than twenty minutes. I had to scarf the last half of my breakfast and didn't even finish. If we could have had a pleasant extra 5 to 10 minutes, it would have been an enjoyable breakfast. I get not sitting around sipping that extra coffee after your meal is gone, but if you don't want us in there then don't reopen for dine in right...

Fairly average Ma and Pop shop atmosphere, food was pretty average as well from the pancakes to the scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bisquits, and gravy, I would recommend for an affordable breakfast or brunch option. Service was the worst part, but not horrible. Friendly enough server, took order, got the order right except for one item was missed, a side of bacon was an easy enough fix, and within seconds had the side of bacon. She checked on us shortly after dropping off our food, and unfortunately, she didn't come back for quite a while later, leaving the 4 of us sitting there without coffee refills, to-go boxes, the checks, ect, we finally asked for someone to get our server about 35-45 min later. She came to us right away after that with everything. I got the pancakes with Strawberries, however it was Strawberry Compote out of a container, not fresh strawberries like most places, which was a bummer. Sausage gravy also looked and tasted canned or boxed, definitely not homemade. So, overall, it's pretty generic food, probably from somewhere like Gordon Foods or any...
