I waited a couple of days before posting this, hoping they would make things right, but unfortunately they haven't.
I placed an order for delivery at 6:59 pm on Saturday night. The confirmation email stated an estimated delivery time of 8:11 pm. An hour & 12 minutes - no big deal - I know the restaurant industry is struggling at the moment. I waited patiently until about 8:30 pm, when my pizza still had not arrived. Calling the store, I was told "oh, um, it looks like it's just going in the oven and will be on it's way to you shortly!" I'm sorry, what? 1.5 hours later and it hadn't even been started yet? Ok.....
I continued waiting until about 9:15, a solid 2 hours and 15 minutes since placing the order, before calling back a second time to check on it. "Oh, yep, it's just finishing up now and should be on the road to you soon" I was told. At that point, I asked them politely to remove the tip I had pre-paid from the order, and suggested some sort of additional discount to make up for the insane delay in my order. I was told there was nothing they could do about any sort of discount.... My pizza eventually arrived after 9:30 pm - more than 2.5 hours after placing the order.
I normally love Jet's Pizza, but it's obvious that someone made a mistake. Instead of taking accountability for that mistake and making things right, Jet's chose to ignore the issue and act like a 2.5 hour delivery time is...

Only after I got home I realized they gave me someone else’s pizza. I called them to let them know and the person said “Did you touch anything on the pizza?” No. “Can you bring it back? We’ll just swap them out.” Uhhh, yeah I guess. Luckily my order was still there waiting for me and not in someone else’s home. Read moreI ordered from there at 7:30 and got confirmation. Estimated delivery was 8:21. It's currently 8:56 when I called 20 minutes ago they said was en route, though I'm only a couple miles away in town, no backroads. This is one of the worst services I've experienced, with no assistance on the stores end. Thanks to this business practice, I'm done ordering from Jets in general. $40 wasted sitting around, getting so late.
3 years later; forgot I bought from this place. Exact same thing happened. Here I am, calling and getting rude service and another excuse talking about back order, as estimated time was 6pm, and it's 6:30 and it's not even en route!!! I'm so sick of ignorance. Worst place to go...
