Cookies are great. Staff needs better customer service skills however. I was in yesterday afternoon and the staff seems annoyed with my presence. Even after doing my killing them with kindness routine which will usually snap someone out of that behavior, they (rather one he mostly) still seemed annoyed. I usually do not write reviews but it has been bothering me. Upon entering, no one really acknowledged my presence. I went to the touch screens and had to figure it out for myself. If I had a question, I had to speak loudly to the person putting the cookies together whose back was to me. That was all fine really. It wasn't great but it didn't really bother me. Basically, there were two young guys there when I first entered. They answered what I needed and were not rude. They were not friendly or helpful either. Anyway, at the time the store was out of chocolate chip cookies. I asked how long it would be and they said they would have new ones in 15 minutes. I said ok I will be back. I came back in 15 minutes. Now when I entered, the person I was dealing with did bother me. I asked for my order and he said the chocolate chip cookies would not be ready for another 15 minutes. I kind of looked at him funny and said that is what your coworker said 15 minutes ago. He then wanted to argue with me saying that his coworker said thirty and he heard him. Basically implying I was lying. I know the first person said 15 because I had debated about placing the order and waiting the 15. If he had said 30, I definitely would not have placed the order. He kept pushing the issue. I didn't want to argue about something stupid. I was just I trying to gauge when the cookies would truely be done. I even had to say to him it doesn't matter what is the true time now. At this point his body language and tone made me want to get out of there. I was very upbeat and trying to get him to come around and be nice. That did not happen. Therefore, I completed my order with cookies that were on hand and left.

Read moreI had heard so many good things and reviews about Crumbl, so I decided to finally try it. Big mistake. We placed our order online 30 minutes before heading over, thinking it would save us some time wrong. We got there, checked in, and then stood there for over an hour waiting. No cookies. No updates. No apology. Nothing. A bunch people were standing around with the same attitude like me, some even walked out because how long it was taking them to get their order placed. Maybe it was a just a bad day maybe.
The employees? Wow. They all looked absolutely miserable, like they were being forced to work there against their will. Not one of them cracked a smile or even acknowledged some the waiting customers. They moved around sluggishly, making jokes with each other, glaring at each other and at the customers like we were bothering them just by existing. At least that’s the vibe I got.
I didn’t even get to try the cookies because after an hour of being ignored, i just walked out. If the cookies are anything like the customer service, I’m sure they’re stale, cold, and disappointing.
Save yourself the headache. There are better places to get a cookie and definitely better places to be treated like a human being. I won’t be back ever again, first...
Read moreCookies were good. Ordered for delivery through the website. Paid $31 and they delivered 2 cookies. I tried to call immediately, they had no way to fix it or refund my money they said. Told me they would call me back after they figured it out. I called back 45 min later—still no answer. “Manager named Wilson will call you back tomorrow”. Never received a call and I called and left a message for the next 2 days in a row. Finally called tonight and the young kid working took another message and Wilson finally called me at about 8:30 tonight. “Your refund was processed this morning” he said. Without confirming an amount, without apologizing, without even letting me speak really. When I asked for the owners information he said “your connection is bad”. I asked again several times and he finally said he won’t give me John’s information but he will have him call me. Listen, I work in customer service... I get that mistakes are made but the fact that no one is empowered to fix a mistake except for one person who seems to have the people sense of a paper clip is a problem for me. Honestly I don’t risk ordering from places that don’t have great service so while the cookies may be good— no cookie is worth $15 a cookie. Would...
