My absolute favorite place to go to for buns and pastries in Philadelphia. When I first moved to Philly, we stumbled upon this place and it has become a staple for my friends and me. We bring everyone that visits here and everyone has loved it.

The owners and workers are so friendly. They remembered me 2nd years later after I moved and were very welcoming and helpful.

Very affordable pastries and buns that are so fresh and delicious. For $20 you can literally eat like a king.

I practically come here about 3-4 times a week. The Chinatown bakeries are such a good place to get a quick lunch on a short little break. All of the staples such as hot dog buns, sesame balls, and the light cakes are practically at every bakery. I come here the most because the staff is the most patient and kind demeanor wise, they don't rush you and try to scurry you out so fast. Plus they take Venmo! I don't feel comfortable using my card everywhere and I never have cash on me so its perfect.
