Horrible customer service I called to ask if they had a specific topping and someone who sounded like a little girl answered the phone, I asked her if she had the topping she said she didn’t know what I was talking about I asked her to ask someone else she placed me on hold and didn’t even describe it the way I asked, then proceeded to say “idk what she’s talking about so I’m just going to tell her no” she then comes back and say no we don’t have it I then stated I heard you say you didn’t know what I was talking about and didn’t ask properly so I asked for a manager or an adult, she then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and asked for a manager and he agreed it was inappropriate and disrespectful to hang up on me and that he would speak with her but I don’t feel like he will. This place just lost a customer hanging up on me like she has no sense all because I asked for a manager. Horrible and this is why you shouldn’t hire children for businesses but I guess because it’s an ice cream shop they hire high schoolers, horrible horrible...

They buy their ice cream - you can get better made on site at the creamery. They buy their water ice - you can get better made on site at Mike’s. They messed up my order (raspberry sorbet with chocolate chips) twice. The blizzard equivalent I ordered had almost no toppings in it. They were just sprinkled on top. Yummmmm. A big cup of half melted soft serve….. I threw it away.

If those aren’t reason enough for one star, there was a nice long wait to take our time order while the kids working there counted the cash drawers. Which they did with all the windows closed and of one them danced and maintained unbroken eye contact. I was ready to leave then….and we should have.

Manayunk has so many better options. Tubby robot for hard ice cream, Mike’s and Rose’s for ice, the Creamery for hard and soft ice cream. Heck. Rita’s is 10x better than this. I seriously would not bother. You will not see me at...

I’m a very positive person that never leaves a review but this worker decided to invite her friend inside for a chat knowing I was waiting to pick up an order. She looked right at me along with the friend and kept chatting. Management needed to see this photo. I hope she atleast receives a chat.

Updated review: i was at the legit window because I was picking up an order for delivery. I hope every customer that orders delivery reads this review. As you can see, when you order online your order is not a priority. This must be the employee responding because it makes no sense for manager to cover up for this lazy employee. I will never take this review down for other delivery drivers and delivery customers to see how...
