I came here with my friend and it was our first time visiting the city. We needed to use the restroom badly and asked staff. They were rude saying its for customers despite us being customers. When ordering, the barista was rude, didnt smile or really offer any warmth in their service— thats fair. However, when serving another customer, they were all smiles with them—weird. They were also reluctant to add extra flavoring in my coffee even though I paid for it. The two male baristas kept staring at us, seemed agitated and were not providing the same service as they had with other customers. Overall, it seemed like our service wasnt wanted there. I live in the neighborhood so I go here a couple times a week and never have anything short of a great experience. The staff are so nice, every single one of them is a delight! I’ve gone in and been given drinks or food to sample and give feedback. Always delicious, and it’s always a pleasure! Whether you dine in or take out, you will have a wonderful experience.
