I came here with my friend and it was our first time visiting the city. We needed to use the restroom badly and asked staff. They were rude saying its for customers despite us being customers. When ordering, the barista was rude, didnt smile or really offer any warmth in their service— thats fair. However, when serving another customer, they were all smiles with them—weird. They were also reluctant to add extra flavoring in my coffee even though I paid for it. The two male baristas kept staring at us, seemed agitated and were not providing the same service as they had with other customers. Overall, it seemed like our service wasnt wanted there. Good coffee, but I wouldnt go here again and will not...

During my recent visit to Philadelphia, coffe Tea & Company, I was immediately struck by the cozy atmosphere and inviting decor. The coffee was rich and aromatic, particularly the seasonal blend, which had delightful notes of chocolate and spice. The chai latte was equally impressive, perfectly spiced and frothy.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to recommend their favorite drinks. Prices were reasonable for the quality, making it a great spot for a casual outing or a work session.

Overall, Coffee, Tea & Company is a gem for any beverage lover. I highly recommend it for a relaxing afternoon or a quick...

I live in the neighborhood so I go here a couple times a week and never have anything short of a great experience. The staff are so nice, every single one of them is a delight! I’ve gone in and been given drinks or food to sample and give feedback. Always delicious, and it’s always a pleasure! Whether you dine in or take out, you will have a wonderful experience. This location has changed ownership a few times over the years, but I really hope Coffee Tea & Company are here to stay! They’re a staple in Old City for me. I highly recommend trying their pastrami sandwich and their iced chai tea latte- both are...

We had a great experience and the food was prepared as ordered. I had the bacon, egg and cheese croissant, my friend and her daughter had morning burrito. I was surprised at serving size and very pleased. The only thing I didn’t like is that it was maybe turkey bacon?? Therefore it wasn’t as tasty but it was very good!!! The store is very clean and the staff was very friendly. My friend also ordered the Matcha but hot and she said it was very good and not too sweet. I highly recommend if want to have breakfast, coffee and lunch!!!

Saddest bacon egg and cheese I’ve ever seen. Despite my instructions, the bagel was not toasted and tasted like it came out of a microwave. None of the menus specify that they use beef bacon, which is super dry and tastes nothing like bacon at all. The drip coffee is ok, but there are definitely better options within a two block radius.
