I typically love DD but I refuse to go to this particular location again. Although they are closer to my job, I would rather travel miles for better service. On two occasions the regular staff have been rude to me. I mentally marked it off as frustration due to being understaffed. However they really need training on customer service. I have gotten yelled at two times too many from the weekend morning crew. During my last visit on Dec 19, 2021 I simply drove up to the drive-through at 5:10am and literally waited about 10 at the intercom before deciding to drive up to the pay window. When I got there I asked if they was open, which was a legitimate questions because they was closed before around that time due to lack of staff. However the Asian female yelled at me “Yes we open you need to go back to the order window to give your order”. I tried to explain to her that I was waiting there already for some time and no one acknowledged me. This is when another Asian female I identified as the manager came around the lady’s shoulder and sarcastically stated “We are here now, go order”. I drove back to order window and she had this tone in her voice that I just couldn’t overlook so I left and told them that “I’m notifying someone about my experience”. Read moreHORRIBLE disrespectful people, I was in for a door dash order, there was a woman standing near the rack of pick up orders, I smiled at her and proceeded to bend over a bit to see the receipts from the orders that were ready, in no regard I was ever near this woman or invaded her space, but I guess she didn't like me trying to see from 3 feet away what was on the receipts and proceeded to disparage while walking all around me and finally harassing me from behind saying I'm rude and whatnot, I simply said "I wasn't near you, didn't touch you or did anything other than read the receipts on that rack" she proceeded to scream at me that she wasn't gonna argue with me and walking around to get another employee talking really bad at me, make fun of me and ultimately called me a Karen, very racist of them, considering I'm not even white or nasty to people in any regard. The employee finally stopped making fun of me and said "who you picking up for?" I showed her my phone, and she said, "Well, it ain't ready" proceeded to make fun of me with the other woman, finally packaged the order really tugging on the bag and said to me very petty, by the way, "here" I grabbed the bag and left. Read moreThey were a hot mess this day. Standing around instead of filling orders lead to A LOT of confusion. After waiting in line at the drive-thru, I had to tell them AGAIN what my order was. Someone finally found the order slip and started to fill it while I was at the window. I waited so long, I just pulled away without checking the order because I needed to eat. They did get my sandwich right. And, my coffee was technically correct. However, I asked for lite ice. The order, on the cup, even said "lite ice" yet the cup was filled to the top with ice. EXTRA ice. The opposite of what I asked for. A large ended up having very little coffee in it. 🤦♀️ I didn't say anything but I ended up going around and getting a small second coffee with NO ice. When I got to the window, (remember, I hadn't said anything before) the guy asked, "what'd we get wrong this time." That's a real indication of how much they were screwing up that day! Anyway, I got the coffee and poured it over the ice I had. It filled the cup and there was more coffee left to drink in the new cup. I hope this is not an indication of how this shop normally acts.
