Please Know I am being 109% honest, transparent here. I will never give them my business I tried twice neither time was a pleased, or professional experience.last visit I asked the girl (she didn’t present herself as a young lady) behind the counter a question about their new ordering system she completely ignored me. I said excuse me she looked up rolled her eyes and said I heard you I am busy! I said well you didn’t acknowledge me, and she well I just did. There were about seven employees just watching in amusement! At one point a young man pulled her back because I asked for a supervisor, go figure Not Avail! If that’s the only way to place your order, via kiosk and get attitude at the counter. I will get my coffee at WaWa who Always has Great Customer Service, it is obvious you get less at Dunkin. I refuse to pay more and get less! BYE DUNKIN- This location Ruined it for the Entire Chain. Too much competition out here to waste my money where I nor my business...
Read moreUpdate: It's been 8 months since my last review and I gave in today hoping that, maybe this place turned itself around in a positive way. Nope! Ordered half a dozen donuts and two were mushy/doughy/undone. Not to mention, I waited awhile in line then when I got to the window to pay, the item I came for was not available.
Original review: This location used to be my favorite. Now it's hit or miss. I'd frequently visit because it's newer, close to my home, and it was one of the fewer places that had crispy bacon when I ordered a breakfast sandwich. Lately, they either don't have items on the menu, the line appears short, but then the time at the window is ridiculously long, they don't offer crispy bacon even at customer request, croissant will be burnt when I've asked for lightly toasted and bacon will be transparent when I request crispy. It's all just backwards. My current solution is never to return that way I wont be disappointed in the (now)...
Read moreI ordered thru the app. I bought Chipotle bacon bagel and couple other things. I paid more for the Chipotle bagel and got a regular bacon egg and cheese bagel with a completely burnt bagel bread that was black. I went back to the drive thru and politely asked if they can please fix my order. The girl said second window and I went to the second window. I was asked for my receipt and I gave it to them and also told them I had it on my mobile order. The girl didn't do nothing but put the same sandwhich back in the bag. It still had no Chipotle sauce. So I went back to the drive and explained that my order was not fixed and the girl had a nasty attitude and told me to go to second window again no apologies or nothing.
