I normally don't complain, but I'm livid after our order tonight. We ordered 3 Goji Crunch bowls that were all missing granola, the time before that rotten banana for an extra $1.29 per bowl, and the time before that no Goji berries and honey. Am I wrong to assume when I order an item directly from the menu, I should receive it as advertised? What's up with you guys always being out of essential ingredients? That's a managerial problem because stock is their job. After a $72 charge, yep you heard that right (for 3 bowls) on Uber Eats, I will NEVER reorder from this location. If you are out of the main ingredients required to make an item, then you are sold out. Charging full price plus bleeding people for a sprinkle of coconut flakes is atrocious. My gut told me to write you guys off, but 6 months ago, you guys made this item perfect. Idk what's changed since then but it's a problem that needs fixing before you don't have a business. Our refund of $4.26 is a laughable joke that made me think you needed more reviews so other people don't make the same...
Read moreThe store was surgically clean as almost all Smoothie Kings seem to be. Service was fine. Nothing above and beyond but I got my order taken and received my product. I experimented this time with an açaí bowl as I have only had their smoothies in the past. The ingredients on top were fresh and tasty but the was one “solid” issue. The best thing about a bowl is being able to mix your toppings in and create a wonderful healthy gumbo or paella. The açaí bowl base appeared to be pre-portioned and frozen solid so I literally ate my toppings off of a frozen solid block of açaí. I tried stabbing it with my spoon which broke. I reached under my seat for my stabbing knife and even that couldn’t get through. Next..I threw the bowl at the ground a few times but that didn’t work…so eventually…I just put it under the hood of my car for 10 mins and things started to finally get juicy. This should be an easy fix…but until then just know that you may be eating your toppings only for the first 20 mins until the açaí iceberg succumbs to global...

I ordered three smoothies, she was picking stuff off the floor ,scratching her head and then just continued to make my stuff, so I asked her to wash her hands and she caught an attitude. So then I asked the girl that was working with her to just make it,and she got an attitude..so my smoothies were not made correctly cause I asked the new girl to wash her hand or her manager to remake..however it was a horrible experience today. I definitely didn't appreciate my smoothies or how we were treated today. If this is the service we will get especially during summer I would suggest to social media on all platforms not to go here. They need to fix there management and train there workers better for service. As a customer I should be able to ask for proper service.!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED SMOOTHIE...
