Grill 'N' Dutchy — Restaurant in Philadelphia

At this point, I’m just tired of being in Philadelphia. I go here all the time and I don’t understand why he did not fire this young lady yet but her attitude sucks and she’s extremely disrespectful. I don’t even know her name but I’m post a picture of her. I know it’s gonna be from the back, but I’m sure plenty of you guys know who she is because I’m reading a comments and about three other people feel the same way, I ordered my food around seven something before ordering the food I called in and I asked him about the collard greens because it was not on DoorDash side orders . She said no problem just order some cabbage and replace it with collard greens, Because we do have it, This is after she told me to leave instructions on to do this inside of the portal of DoorDash, knowing that they did not put that as an option. I also asked her because she put on my rice and peas. This is my fourth time ordering the same thing from the same restaurant this week. I’m starting to believe she just don’t like Americans Because now it is 9:21 the store is closed and I still have not gotten my food. I know for a fact that all the sides are already done sitting in a Heated box or whatever you wanna call it. This is extremely disgusting because I’m pregnant and this is the only thing I can eat. I’m also sick and I have no energy to get up and do anything, I’m ready to run out of Philadelphia because this is like a recurring behavior at all restaurants with people that look her, and myself. I don’t know what she’s doing if she’s making it from scratch, but I literally just contacted the DoorDash and he sent me this picture saying they’re just standing around doing nothing. This is probably the second or third time I might have ordered from Grill N Dutchy the first time I ordered I needed curbside and I pushed the appropriate buttons yet I was left outside for a half an hour thinking they were coming to the car I eventually had to go in and get it myself and it was luke warm.

I decided to give them another chance prior to that I believe my daughter ordered from them for me and she picked it up but tonight Sunday I ordered two platters and pushed the curbside button for a 7pm arrival.

There really wasn't anywhere to park so I' double parked and let them know I was there after waiting with no one in site.

I went in and waited about 5 minutes and I received my two platters that were lukewarm one was a fish platter I could tell the fish had previously been frozen and it was on the verge of being too salty the yams didn't taste like any yams that I have ever had before and that's not a good thing.

I have ordered fish from Jamaican D's before one thing I can say although I'm not too crazy about Jamaican D's food is that their fish when I ordered it was fresh I initially tried to order from them but I couldn't get through.

This is gas station Jamaican food at its finest. This was my first time trying this place and I will never order again. I ordered a stewed chicken platter with rice and peas. The rice and peas was undercooked every time I took a bite I was eating hard undercooked rice. This was deliberately done because some of the rice was fully cooked it’s liked they messed up a batch of rice and mixed it with a new batch to save to the messed up rice. The final straw was finding red snapper fish scales in my food. This is a restaurant I understand cross contamination can happen but this fish scale was buried deep in my side of plantain.
