Hyon's Seafood south philly — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I have been coming to this establishment off and on for years the food is pretty good when the oil is clean, but I went in there Wednesday evening. I was going to get a cheesesteak and I have to say that their cheesesteaks is one of the best in South Philly but what caught my eye when I went in there was one of the workers was sweeping the floor, which is OK, but I noticed he was sweeping the floor with his gloves on the ones that he handle the food with, so I’m standing there waiting for him to take my order and I noticed that he himself was eating a cheeseburger. He picks up his sandwich and eat it without taking his gloves off so my antenna went up. I’m like if he don’t takeoff his gloves for his food is he gonna takeoff his gloves to prepare mine so he finished sweeping put the broom down and walk over took out some rolls and started cutting the rolls with them same glove on that he had on while sweeping the floor I just kindly walked out.
