I used to come here a lot because it's down the street from my job. The food started off okay, however over time my breakfast always seemed to disappoint. The home fries are literally dry and flavorless, the scramble eggs are stuck together and gooey...it's just a mess. The main reason of my review is the owner/front staff and the complete disrespect towards my hard earn money and time. Granted I've read reviews where some are praising her(and the other younger lady)to be these sweet people but that's not accurate....She upcharges me for everything, which don't get me wrong, I understand that it's protocol in some instances BUT for me to get the same things over and over again and it's a different and higher price each time is ridiculous. She also has the extremely unpleasant aura when speaking to me and it makes me feel totally uncomfortable and not valued. I've watched her interaction with other guest...(mainly white) after she's just spoken to me and it's very day and night. All in all, I will find another restaurant that values me as a customer and treats me just as equal as the...

I’d highly recommend Jean’s Cafe! They have a large drink/soda selection, a nice fridge with morning snacks, fruits, other drinks, as well as an extensive food selection. Breakfast is served all day! It’s quality food at a decent price. Was speaking with the woman, who is extremely nice and respectful. Do unto others as you would yourself. It’s a nice shop with delicious food and a surprisingly large portion. I was confused, thought I double ordered a cheese steak for a second but it was just one, fully packed, halved sub (2 pieces) and I got some hash browns too (first meal of the day). If you leave here hungry it’s your own fault. They have an ATM and accept Apple Pay.

Other things: Located directly across from a SEPTA bus stop. Several 4-seater tables inside and I think they pride themselves on keeping the establishment very clean making sure everything is well-stocked. Restroom for customers. Hardworking individuals. Overall, solid place to stop by for breakfast, lunch, dinner or whatever you need. It seems this is a local favorite as well. Thank you...

Went here for the first time today and I had a great experience. IHop down the street was packed at the time so my boyfriend picked this spot after walking down the street from there. Soon as i came into the cafe I was immediately impressed with the interior decor and the place just feels so cozy. I got a spanish omelette sandwich and they gave me so many options that comes with it such as fries, bread, and cheese. Cashier lady was really patient and kind too as I asked for least amount of calories and she tried her best to help me figure out what I wanted to get. I got my order to dine in and it was more of a casual dining experience where they give you plates and baskets that you can leave in the bin once you’re done. Food was good really fast and...
