My boyfriend and I went to Kraftwork on Friday, and he accidentally left his card there after paying. He called as soon as we got home and they confirmed that they had it and he could come pick it up whenever. He made it back there on Sunday and for some reason they didn’t have the card any more…there was a stack of other cards people left by their register, but they said that maybe his was kept somewhere separately in their manager’s office, who wasn’t there so they didn’t have access to it. They promised to call when they found it, it seemed fishy but they did call 2 days later and he got his card back.
However, today he had several fraudulent insurance charges on his card worth hundreds of dollars that fortunately his bank caught and disputed. We’re not exactly sure what happened but it left a bad taste in our mouths that the card mysteriously disappeared in this bar for days and then was used fraudulently. It may be unrelated but would be a hell of a coincidence 🤷♀️ maybe we’re paranoid but I wouldn’t go back to this place now and would caution others based on this experience. Their drinks...
Read moreNormally we go to the bar next door but wanted to try this spot. Bad decision, customer service was horrible. I ordered a burger and it was literally the worst burger I’ve ever had. The meat crumbled every time i took a bite. So bad i couldn’t finish it. Bartender never asked how was the food or was anything wrong being i didn’t finish my food. Maybe this is how they operate, I’ve never been out and was not asked how was my food when i finished eating or just a how’s everything are u guys okay. Bartenders normally are very knowledgeable and always try to give good options on drinks. I asked this bartender what she recommended and she said “idk” with a straight face. WOW if u don’t know what’s good to drink here neither do I. Definitely didn’t feel welcome and food definitely wasn’t worth the money it cost. I actually got sick after eating here and been in the bathroom all night. We will not be returning to this bar. I have it a 2 star because it’s a nice place, had the potential to be something amazing. Nice brickwork and decor. Really like the saw...
Read moreYikes... This place really went downhill. Went to brunch there today and got the chicken and waffles, which I believe cost $14. The tiny portion of chicken was extremely dry and overcooked; I couldn't even cut it because I was only given a fork. I had already asked the brand-new bartender for the syrup that I was supposed to have gotten with the meal and she had to ask the other server to get it for her because she was so overwhelmed with another table's drink order that I didn't want to ask her for anything else for fear that she would have a meltdown. I feel kinda bad writing this because she was very nice, but some people just aren't cut out for these types of jobs and she's one of them. She didn't even run the lines after taking the caps off; she just poured our beers immediately, so we were basically drinking the beer that sat in the lines overnight.
My husband's $11 breakfast sandwich was obviously made with jug eggs. The cheese was just barely melted.
We used to love coming here and now it's...
