I used to go to a nail salon down the street, then I started coming here about 2 months ago. The owner seemed very nice the first time when she knew she was getting me from a different place. Then the second time, the owner did my nails and was very rude to me. I actually asked her why she was being mean to me and she ignored me. Then said sarcastically "ok sorry want me to talk fine I'll talk how's your day" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I just went in to have 3 nails fixed, I had dip powder with gel on top 9 days ago and one fell off, one was separating and the third was lumpy from when I got them done.. the owner "redid" them and my nails were so thin compared to the rest it's like she used no dip at all, and then ignored me the first time I asked why they seemed so thin, then the second time I asked she rudely told me "everyone's different with how they do nails" but she must have forgotten she did them before and they were thick.. not to mention they charged me $75 the first time then $45 the second time.. when I asked why it was drastically cheaper the girl choked up and told me they lowered prices since last time. The original! I have been going to Julie for 2 years and since hiring Alyssa, they’ve just upped the ante even more. I am a musician and always get short square overlay nails every few weeks.
