Wasn't going to write a review because i have nothing good to say about the products here. but since you're trying to "figure it out"

nope not the cookie order. and that you're trying to "know" who ordered speaks to how few customers you really have that are really leaving reviews. the desserts here are awful. tastes like they dumped a whole bag of sugar into one cupcake. it was cloyingly sweet. all the reviews here that speak on this place being great have to be lies from friends and family. i have NEVER tasted anything so bad. if you're looking to kill a person who has diabetes, this is the place to send them into a diabetic coma in seconds. that sugary sweetness just lingers and seems to never go away. i can name five bakeries off the top who do scratch, that taste better. i can name 10 bakeries on my list of worst bakeries in this city who taste better than this. don't waste your money.

the cupcakes are extremely small. if they tasted good the amount of money wouldn't be a problem. but if i wanted to buy a bag of sugar i could have gotten it for less across the street at savealot. the fact that this place is even in business speaks to the country's addiction to sugar. so how a thing tastes doesn't matter as long as it's sugary sweet. even those i know who have a thing for things extra sweet found these overly sweet and couldn't eat more than one bite. which speaks to the high amount of sugar in them. the cupcakes fell upside down. and were undamaged once turned right side up. which again speaks to the amount of sugar in these. smh. there was so much sugar that they developed a hardened shell.

just no. nope. never again. was looking for a nice bakery in this area. because there are so few. i guess night kitchen bakery it shall stay. cause this ain't it.

you haven't done your research. lol. but the fact that you're here online arguing proves that your "customer service" isn't as great as you proclaim. and i was indeed there at your location.

just because something is made from scratch doesn't mean it tastes good. like i said. they're overly sweet. but i guess you're used to it. was going to delete alot of this after 24 hours because i wanted you to know how awful my experience was from your location. but your response says i shall keep it up. i'm not the only one in your reviews speaking on how small they are in size. if you think yours are the largest it means you haven't done the research in which you claim. each response only makes you look worse.

the cupcakes weren't good. they could have been if they weren't over sweetened. peace. and i would have posted the refuse if i hadn't thrown them away. a waste...

BEST. CUPCAKES. EVER! I was happy to support them in their lovely shop Glenside, and sad when they moved - but their Chelten Avenue store in Germantown Philadelphia is even nicer! Sooo much seating - perfect for parties, everything from small tables and chairs to long beautiful wooden benches. Lots of light. The perfect place to hole up for an afternoon, eating cupcakes and working on a laptop. And the owners are some of the sweetest people ever. But the cupcakes! OMG the cupcakes. These are not your average vanilla or chocolate cake cupcakes where only the topping is different - nope. The cake bases are as varied and elegant and original at the toppings. Bananas Foster is one on my favorites but honestly they're all amazing - as are the strawberry shortcake, the banana pudding, and the cookies. If you haven't been there, go as soon as possible! You don't want another day in your life to go by without experiencing...

I ordered cupcakes here for my daughters 1st birthday party. When we went to pick them up they were closed. It has been two months and they refuse to refund my money and have the nerve to tell my I am committing fraud. Worst customer experience of my life. Owner is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. They are thieves and liars. Save yourself the stress please.

Not being dishonest. You have not done anything to help. The customer is not responsible for who you choose to use as your payment provider. Take responsibility for your business and take it up with them not me. They are claiming you said you fulfilled the order so you got the money. There is nothing more i can do as you have lied and refused to help multiple times. Do better. I am escalating with my Credit...
