What I asked for Vs. what i got. Absolute perfection. The whole experience was better than I could’ve asked for. First I ordered these cookies very last minute and I asked for 7 different designs and I asked to pick up my order outside of business hours and Madison accommodated every request. At first I was very excited about my order and how they looked but honestly was very disappointed once we cut the cake. The cake and cupcakes were super dry inside, not worth the price at all!! Communicating with them to place the order, get instructions for payment was a nightmare. I was told the person who usually responds was not there no more but still as my first experience was super disappointed! My husband and I stopped in yesterday to grab a treat for ourselves and a box of goodies for our office . All we can say is WOW !!!!! Everything tasted as yummy as it looked . Too often when I buy baked goods I take a bite and am immediately disappointed. Not so with Madison's! The cookies were fresh; moist, not too sweet, and had the perfect texture.
