McDonald's — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Went through the drive thru to order dinner. From the time I paid till I received my food, it was 30 mins. Not to mention the time I spent waiting for someone to acknowledge me at the ordering sign. I had a fry when it finally came out and they were cold. Wasn't going to make a big deal but then after waiting 30 mins for food, I don't want cold food. Park and go inside and go to the pick up area to speak with someone. There was a lady who kept handing out orders, saw I was there and didn't acknowledge or ask if I needed anything. Finally after 5 mins, she asks if I need help. I said yes, I waited 30 mins for my food and it is cold. She took my bag and receipt and walked away then about 5 feet away asks if I want it to be remade? I asked how long it would take to remake it because I don't want to wait another 30 mins and I was about to go get the rest of my order and just have her refund the entire thing. She just sighs and says she is trying to accommodate me and do I want it remade or refunded. I again asked how long it would take to remake it as it has been over 30 mins now. Again doesn't respond just asks again what I want to do. I go out to my car and bring in the rest of my order and tell her I want it refunded. She then proceeded to ring it up and charge me a 2nd time instead of doing the refund so now I have almost $80 on hold and unavailable to use till the refunds go through. She finally brings over another manger to get some help and when I try to explain what was going on, she just rudely said I am talking to my manager. No one apologized or had any kind of customer service. I plan on also calling the corporate number...

I give this place 2 stars only because if I'm starving , mentally exhausted and happen to be passing by here with my 9 and 5 year old daughters pleading with me to take them inside and my brain can not handle thinking about what to eat at that moment then there is a 1% chance that I will eat here. The 1% chance of me "eating here again"is my reason for giving this place a 2⭐instead of it's very well deserved 1⭐. Hands down the most ignorant group of McDonald's employees inside of Philadelphia. Their is only one place that I ever ate from that I would pass by with a 0% chance of stopping and allow my body to break down and eat away at it itself if I was in a similar situation and that place is a small food cart, located at B St. & Allegheny Ave. I would only recommend this place under 1 condition, "maybe 2 conditions " #1- if you plan on poisoning some one or something #2- if you are homeless with no money, paralyzed from the waist down, had your taste buds surgically removed and just so happened that someone stole your wheelchair from you in front of this place while on the verge of starvation death and the person inside of this food cart offered you free food, " then maybe". I once ordered a hot dog with ketchup from here and I'm pretty sure it was a boiled piece of rotten Spam. served on a piece of soggy white bread from the 50% water and 50% catsup aka...

around 2:45pm and ask for a #6 meal which is 10 pcs nuggets with sweet and sour and since I do not drink soda I ask if I can switch the soda for any type of juice the offer me fruit punch saying this way (((well I have fruit punch )))said no right away ...the hold it ... like orange juice need to be saved for the am breakfast only type thing it’s a shame ... well I said that’s the only thing you have and then she said oh we also have orange juice and I answered well yes I take that thank you ... she answers you welcome in and slow lazy disrespectful way more shame on it .!! Very sad from my fovorite one ... so I get my stuff I see the charge me 70 Cents more to switch the soda for a orange juice .. and guess what i had to go back they gave me half water half juice to stretch it out ... i went back claim the watery juice she say right away well we don’t have any more of that ... and I said really ?!!.. then another girl come with the juice right there I was like wow first you give me half water half juice and then lie to me saying you don’t have anymore orange juice wow really ... I took the juice and told her you don’t deserve to be working here .... and I left ..SHAME FOR THE CLOWN I wouldn’t never buy at this place or any mcd anymore also salty fries like super salty...
