McDonald's — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I made a mobile order at 12:23am (10/08/2025 for reference). Showed up at 12:29am. The line was backed up but I wasn't worried about it because I didn't have anywhere to be anyway. Finally made it around the line to the pickup window at 12:46am after people were honking and yelling behind me at the employees to hurry up. He asked me what I ordered, I told him. He said he didn't have the order, however at the drive through microphone he confirmed the order. He finally found my order in the system, was about to give me my food but stopped. He asked me how much it was like he was going to charge me (I paid with my card on my app). He persistently asked me, I said I already paid and gave him the order total. He finally gave me the food. We drove home (maybe 5 mins, not far) the food was cold, the buns were stale, he didn't give me the dipping sauces I paid for in the order, and it was entirely the worst mcdonalds experience I've ever had. I wasn't expecting much and it still was bad. I was excited that a mcdonalds so close was opening near my house, not anymore. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and would actually recommend people not go there. Not to mention I saw that I was double charged for my order when I saw my card statement. Not sure if they're trying to scam people or what. Mcdonalds should shut this location down until they fix whatever...

I had to pick up door dash orders tonight. There was 3 young girls only 2 were working and the other one with long braids was walking around pulling her shirt up showing her belly button pierce and applying lip gloss and flirting with the cooks rather then greeting patrons when they walk up. No one greeted me I waited 10 minutes finally I and had to scream out that I was picking up a door dash order. They don't even say if the orders are ready. There was 6 bags on the counter waiting for pick up and there were 4 people waiting on door dash orders and we everyone was frustrated. The employees kept on leaving the manager alone to go and smoke Marijuana in the parking lot then after they were done they went right back to work. Like how do you go back to work without washing your hands. The kitchen floor and dining floor was a disaster all the trash cans were full and the employee that was there cleaning was sitting and playing on his phone. This establishment needs workers that want to work and greet you with a friendly attitude. Even the manager was yelling I can't do these orders by myself and said everyone will wait. She was also miserable. This McDonald's is the most unorganized and dirty fast food place I ever went too. DO BETTER AND TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. We can't make tips if you take 30 minutes to make a...

Probably the worst McDonald’s experience You can have in all of Philadelphia. They literally never serve food. I’m here right now it’s 9:14 PM on Sunday, December 1, 2024. And at the drive-through the announcement is “ We’re sorry for the inconvenience but we’re only doing DoorDash and Uber orders right”. If you come back at 12 PM, they’re gonna tell you that they Can’t take any orders until 6 AM because they’re” Switching over to breakfast”. If you come in the afternoon at 3 PM tomorrow and ask for a number two, they’re gonna ask you to pull over so they can reset the timer at the window and you’ll wait for 10 minutes in the parking lot for someone to hand deliver the food. If there was ever a perfect example of why minimum wage shouldn’t be raised, it’s this location right here. They deserve nothing. I live around the corner, and I can see This location from my window. And I still have to drive 10 minutes to another McDonald’s at any given time of day to get food. Complete trash every single one of them. If you’d like to buy drugs from the window in the middle of the day, be my guest somebody can help you with that… But don’t ever go to that window expecting to actually buy something on the menu, there’s always an excuse as to why they cannot...
