McDonald's — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Horrible service. Went there about an hour ago for lunch. Paid $7 for a chicken sandwich and a medium drink. When I got back to work my chicken was crunchy and pink. Tried calling number on receipt-took me about a half hour to get through due to fax machine picking up and call going busy. Finally a girl named Michelle who claimed to be the manager kept hanging up on me and then claimed she said hold on. Finally, she told me to bring the sandwich back and they would replace it-like I want to take another chance on this sandwich. Told me I would need the receipt as well-well of course the drive thru girl never gave me a receipt-I literally only have the drive thru slip that was stuck on the bag. Well per Michelle, they cannot do anything without a receipt and said that the girl should have given me one. Well sorry but your incompetent workers failed to provide me a receipt! After Michelle said that she would lookup the receipt for me she hung up yet AGAIN. After another 10 mins of trying to get through the fax machine she picked up again and said that she would leave the details of this situation on the counter for the next manager that picks up after her. When I asked for the name of THAT manager, Michelle claimed that she didn't know who that would be. How are you a manager and not know the name of the next manager picking up a shift immediately after your shift. I asked her if she needed my name or at the very least my ticket number from the slip-she stated that she didn't need any of that as I had told her that I was in the drive thru sometime around 12:30ish-are they serious. Now when I go tonight after work to get my $$$ back I can almost guarantee that new manager will not have any clue what I am talking about. Needless to say I didn't even eat lunch. THANKS...

Very good service, fresh quarter pounders with cheese... They help you figure out what to do if you mess up on a promotion.... They are sympathetic and will not tell you no. I had a coupon but it didn’t qualify but they figured out a way to let me get that coupon. I’m so happy I’m pretty sure if I was at another spot they would have told me no, and I would have left and bought from their competitors somewhere else. thank you so much Michelle keep it real always. Lobby is clean kitchen looks clean it seems like all the guys in the kitchen know what they have to do everything is organized there was actually a lobby lady cleaning in the lobby while I was writing this review. My only issue is “Yo! sup with all these dang gnats?” lol. I will definitely be back to this Mc Donalds. I just hope all these gnats go away. This is by far the most diverse Mc Donalds I’ve ever been to, I see Haitians, Puerto Ricans, Indians, and a beautiful girl I don’t even know if she is Asian or South American... but I love diversity I love to see so many mixed cultures just tells me that they are non biased in this Mc Donalds... bathroom was clean and they have the soda machine dispenser in the lobby it was wiped clean but if only some of the customers can do there part and keep it clean. They throw the straw wrappers in the soda drain instead of the hole near the machine. The hole is actually a garbage slot but maybe they do not care. I gave the store five stars...

Top User Review: Originally: Service was very slow. Service takes between 30-60 minutes of time! One of the worst time it takes in service, though service provided curbside pickup. First, I thought there was no curbside pickup. Drive-thru at this time was slow at first. Service remains at 2 (now 3) stars due to the fact it provided curbside service, though the main reason that is 2 (now 3) stars is due to the slow speed during service time. Would be overall 3 stars due to its atmosphere and food, and the food is overall great. At least the atmosphere was good. Someone else received their order even though their car arrived later. Would not be recommended if you want to be quick and be in the curbside pickup. Also, you may stuck at the drive-thru to anywhere between 5 and 60 minutes. Would not recommend the service time. In conclusion, you should NEVER go there if you need to be QUICK, especially if you are EXTREMELY HUNGRY or in NIGHT TIME. They may close, so CHECK to sure if they are open.

6/9/24 Update: Now it is much more faster than last time on Drive-Thru, Curbside did not know, but in a hurry don't go to...
