Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I called in delivery, asked for a lg mushroom pizza and a soda, got handed off to another person to talk to, started over what i wanted. Food gets to my house, and the pizza was a plain. so of course I call to see what happened, get told i got the special. Now at first, I was nice and calm, got hung up on anyway. So i call back, trying to let them know i was not told they changed my order from a mushroom to a plain so i could get the soda deal. got hung up again! So now im getting more upset. Very rude and unprofessional. I asked how do we correct this? they arent trying to come up with problem solving answers. or at the very least seem like they are hearing me out... i didnt let anyone touch the pizza until i could figure out a solution and still got hung up on. I am not in the fault if you change my order without my knowledge and then say you will charge me for a whole other pizza that my family was wanting! so i will not be ordering from here again. save myself a...

Not only did they not deliver my pizza, I had to call them asking what happened to them, the girl Tried fabricating a story saying she called me several times but I did Not receive one phone call. Then she finally shows up, I was kind enough to STILL give her a tip, assuming everything I ordered was all there...well, I was wrong. I paid near $6.00 extra for things that were not with my delivery . I called them and the lady answering the phone has the audacity to claim she could not refund me the 6.00..she said it was only possible to give me a coupon for the 6.00 but couldn’t refund it to ‘me. I called her out on it and what did she do? She hung up on me. The single most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with..:own your mistakes.and fix them if you actually want good reviews. I’ll be sure to inform everyone in our area to never go to you guys for business....and I will 100% be getting my full refun...

I went to this place last summer and the only person working was this middle age guy who was strung out/passed out in the back in a booth. Another person came in and woke him up. The man did not speak a lick of English and was clearly delirious. Another guy came in and asked the worker if there were any slices other then plain. The worker spoke so little of the language that he did not understand the question (even though he worked at a pizza shop). The worker then processed to get a slice off the counter with his bare hands. I was confused and disturbed at the state of this man and this shop. Honestly that was the worst pizza shop experience I've had in my life. This place should be closed down for good for the better cause. I left...
