This place is absolutely amazing😁😁 I don't know how anyone could say any different. The employees have such good manners, polite, always smiling and pleasent. And if there was a day or two where things could be hectic with long lines and rude people ancs they still smile. That's not easy to do in life but they do it...🤩 I would highly suggest this ritas over any Rita's water ice any day that I ever been to keep up the good work...

Best customer service ever. I've been going for years. My son who is in the Navy & got home for leave after 4 years of sea duty on on a sub. My son is using the military doing like. The worst ever. The employees didn’t even give my family and i a chance to even look at the menu before jumping down our throats and staring at us impatiently.
