I cannot tell you how the food was there anything else because I had to drive someone here to get something and he wanted chicken and KFC / Taco Bell was out of chicken and yes you read that correctly KFC Kentucky fried Chicken was out of chicken I know that sounds hilarious and I was cracking up in the car because my client was pissed and I could not help but laugh about them not having chicken and he thought I was laughing at him but I wasn't I'm a home health care worker so I don't mean client as in you know sex worker it's a total opposite I help old people okay I help them live so they don't got to go on a home so calm down when you see the word client all right and if you didn't cuz a lot of guys the first thing they see is client and they go boom so I had to make sure I cleared that up real quick but I was in the car cracking up because he was so pissed and he said they ain't got no damn chicken I just couldn't help but laugh how are you not going to laugh at thatso I can't say how the food was really well I could probably tell you how the atmosphere was the atmosphere was horrifying and you know it had a bunch of ignorant ass people giving me dirty looks at a bunch of kids running in and out throwing things at each other and doing dumb shit oh and then the drive-thru didn't work we're sitting there for 17 yes 17 minutes and no one says the word so I say since there's 50 people behind me beeping before I punch one of them in the forehead obviously I'm not talking to anyone so I drove around and then the guy tells me come in it's not working that shows that these are children working here and there should be a sign saying it doesn't work so God only knows what else goes wrong you know when I was a young kid and I worked in places like that the girls that worked there before me they would put degreaser in the oil and make customers sick on purpose and that bothered me because the customers are coming in to get something to eat and you're sending them away with food that's been contaminated and so I couldn't work around that so I I just couldn't do it and so somebody's places you have to be careful with because you never know what you're going to get seriously and you really have to...
Read moreCome on, it's not that hard. When you get an Uber eats or door dash order, just read the damn instructions. If someone says no lettuce or tomato, save yourself the effort and don't put em on there. It's not rocket science here guys, just get the items right.
And stop being so damn stingy with the sauce packets. The sauce is what makes the food go from okay (if not a little bland) to outstanding. It's not coming out of your pay to toss a healthy number of various packets in.
It's bad enough these D-bag Uber eats or doordash drivers will make 5 other stops on the way so the food is cold when it arrives, with the soft tacos being hard and the hard tacos going soft, the least you can do is make the damn items correctly. Like dude, I checked the boxes that said no lettuce/no tomato, then I wrote in the notes "No lettuce or tomato please. Thank you very much", and it's still ALWAYS wrong. How many more reminders could you need? How do you people even see what to make and ignore all those instructions at the same time? It's like youre putting more effort into being morons than you'd be putting in to just get it right.
It's not like taking a pickle off a burger, when you get stuff wrong it's completely mixed in with tye meat and shredded cheese. It can't be fixed, it ruins the entire meal.
Taco Bell is a once in a while thing. It's not like stopping somewhere for a coffee and a bagel every morning, or grabbing a burger here and there from a burger joint, taco bell is a rare treat. When it's wrong it's such a fkn bummer.
I know as workers you guys are undervalued, but come on, getting the orders wrong is literally making more work for yourselves. You're making more work for yourselves and bumming the customers out at the same time.
Get it...
Read moreThis was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Recounting my experience from the start, once we (my mom and I) entered the restaurant, we noticed the dirty unorganized atmosphere and the floor around the drink fountain was all sticky. We ordered two $9 boxes with nacho fries ($3) then we waited about 15 minutes for the food until I noticed that they were serving people who ordered AFTER us. So then my mom went up to ask for our order. Turns out that they forgot about our order and didn’t even start it 😤 and this is only the start. After waiting about 10 more minutes they only gave us ONE of the $9 boxes along nacho fries. My mom told them we ordered two, then they ended up giving us a $7 box. I noticed and told my mom that’s the wrong order. Then we had to give that one back and then they gave us the $9 box. After we finished eating that’s when I realized they didn’t even give us the cheese sauce that was supposed to come with the fries 💀 Furthermore, the trash can was filled to the brim and no sauces were given, or even displayed (for one to take). All in all, save yourself the headache and go DONT go to a Taco Bell in philly or any fast food restaurant in philly. I only have had a good taco bell experience in NJ. Hope...
