First of all, very poor service. I had a 2 years old little baby with me in our baby cart and they want me to fold it down to save their room space but at that time the restaurant was only half occupied. One of the waitress was careless and rude.
Secondly, I have been eating Chinese food in north America for 20 years. This place suppose is a good and authentic Chinese food restaurant for both American and native Chinese. However, 2 out of 5 dishes that I ordered wasn't very good. The problem is the freshness of the material they used. Every restaurant should use fresh material to cook for all customer but they used extra spice and some hidden technical method to hide the original quality of the raw material which I know.
Third, My 2 year old baby was on my lap with me at all time and eating his own food from home. They charged 1 more person to get to enough people so they could get group tip of 20% as required in check.
I wouldn't recommend either American or native...

The brown sauce on the dumplings tasted sort of like jerk chicken sauce, which was fine, but not the flavors we were thinking of when ordering. We’ve ordered take out and delivery before and it was always good, but I definitely prefer the dine-in experience.
(FYI, Food wasn’t as flavorful leftover as...
Read moreThe food was just alright. When I went the customers were mostly speaking Mandarin, making me think the restaurant is authentic. Perhaps I did not order the best dishes. The waitress also did not speak English and ran off to get another worker who took over for her. The waitresses stayed in the back rather than at the front desk and they did not check on the table often, so the service was a little delayed. The water is room temperature with no ice, if that is something that matters to you. As we were leaving, the waitress who did not speak English asked the other waitress how much money we left for tip, which I did not appreciate. I understand they are working a job, but I would rather then discuss that...
