Oddest experience that I have ever had for over a $100 meal. The place was super understaffed. 1 person to cook and take orders for a high priced meal is ridiculous. It took over 1 hour from the time the order was placed until the food arrived. The last item received was a lobster grilled cheese sandwich. After waiting for over 1 hour to get it, it was burnt on the bottom side. People who came after us got their food before we finished getting our food, so we were clearly forgotten about. I have been working in the area for about three years now. I came across BK Lobster PHX when I was getting some fast food for lunch. Never knew it was there and it showed. Went there the first time today and man was I impressed. The service was quick and the food was amazing. Mad that my company is moving to Mesa because this place is amazing and I would have eaten here almost twice a week. If anyone hasn't tried this place please do. It’s a No. The customer service is less than mediocre. I went in to pick up my take out, instead of greeting me and taking payment for the food, I was stared up and down and reminded of how long the food was sitting by a cashier with a nasty attitude and disposition. which I didn’t know there was a time limit for take out.
