I went to Chic Filet at PV Mall to get an order I placed on the app. I spent a 48 minutes to get the order which is ridiculous. They don't put the order in until you arrive. Secondly , I had to call three x inside the restaurant to get the sauce I requested corrected. When I finally received the food I ordered I got home and opened it up to see the sandwiches were all cold had to get reheated so I took only the chicken out and noticed the 🥬 was molded I immediately removed it even though they charge for this. No one is going to eat moldy lettuce but this restaurant thinks it's okay to serve food that way! They didn't care nor did they want to refund my sandwiches. My husband got ill after eating his. Apparently this restaurant is not up on food standards because they think it's okay to see e this way . People have died from molded lettuce! I like Chic Filet but after tonight's experience I think it's best to make my own food. For 12.00 a meal it should t be cold moldy!!! No one should have to wait 50 minutes for their food when they use the app! An no manager should be so nonchalant about the lettuce issue because it's dangerous and can shut the restaurant down! I will pursue a health dept complaint!I learned black spots on lettuce means it's starting to DECAY so Chick Filet is serving DECAYED lettuce in their sandwiches if 11.00 each . It also means bacteria is growing and can be potentially dangerous! Shows you they don't care!!! The fries they serve is full of salt one fry and your blood pressure could be soaring . They did t out the lids on the drinks properly and I ended up w orange soda all over my front passenger seat right out of the drink holder! They don't know what the house sauce is and because there's a communication barrier w some employees they thought I said hot sauce I hate hot sauce and when asked to get it right it took two trips to the car to get the correct sauce . This was the worst time I ever experienced at this restaurant and I've been coming here since it opened. Very sad very poor customer service . Management does not care!!...

Now this wait with an attitude??? Look at your cameras MISS OWNER OF THE TATUM/CACTUS LOCATION.I frequent this location almost 3 times a week. I never see you I. Here like you used to be. The skinny blonde gal works very hard. You need to demote the asian girl. She is horrible!!! Definitely NOT MANAGERIAL QUALITY. Perhaps you need to watch these young kids a little closer. This location is starting to go downhill fast! By the way, the car that was in front of ours was so mad she had to wait too. She’s the one in the white car that got out of her car and yelled “I waited 30 minutes for cold food!” Your kids had already locked the door so she threw her food out. You guys are a joke! Read moreI usually visit this chick-fil-a at least 2-3 times a month because it is the closest to my house, but may be driving farther to go to a different location in the future. The last three times I have visited (always through the drive-through) the cashier has gotten my order wrong (either something completely wrong, or made incorrectly), even when they say it correctly back to you when you're ordering.
The last time I was here I had ordered a milkshake with no cherry as I am allergic to them (which I also said), drove up to the window, and was handed a milkshake with a cherry on it. When I gave it back and let them know it was supposed to no cherry, I watched the cashier through the window pick the cherry out with a napkin and cover up the leftover juice with whipped cream, then give it back to me. After asking if it had been remade, the guy didn't know what to say and didn't answer me until I told him it needed to be remade and I had seen him just pick it out with a napkin.
Fast forward two weeks later, my husband and I are at chick-fil-a again, and we order a grilled nugget meal. Pulling up to the window, we are now given a regular (breaded) nugget meal. When we asked about it and gave it back to them, the cashier (who didn't apologize) informed us they would need to charge an additional $0.80 for the price difference. Seriously? So now we're again waiting for several minutes for the correct food after getting the wrong order. The service as this chick-fil-a used to be great, but lately is seems like all of the workers are high school kids wanting to gossip and hang out without paying attention to helping customers or doing their job.
