Ugh, I wish I would have read the reviews before going here and would have stock to my plan to go to the one by my house, but this was down the street from the mountain so I stopped by after a long hike. This experience was highly disappointing and I can say the Reviews I read are correct. They do give smaller portion sizes than the other Chipoltes. I asked for a little more steak because she barely put any and she said it would cost more. I would have liked to get what I paid for. I did half chicken and half steak. I did NOT order the new steak but apparently that's what she gave me. I'm not impressed at all. The burrito tasted so bland with no seasoning. This new steak, which cost me $3 more for an already overpriced burrito, had no flavor and was so tough and fatty that I ended up giving the 5 pieces inside my burrito to my dog. I figured after the hike, that at least he could get some kind of enjoyment out of that fatty steak instead of throwing it away. This was a very disappointing meal of mostly a bean burrito, when i ordered half chicken and half steak and cost me $13.68. AND I still have to put on my frozen pizza I bought the other day. Smh! So much for getting to eat at...
Read moreI want to start off by saying that this is the first review I have ever written and it’s only because I never leave this location without feeling annoyed.
This store always does the absolute most when it comes to charging extra and they don’t even fufill what they’re charging for such as double meat.
I usually get a kids meal at literally any location bc I never finish a bowl in a sitting and I have alwaysss been charged $1.50 for sides which I understand however this is the first time someone tries to charge me almost $6 for just a bit of cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
Why would I pay the same amount I’m paying for my actual food?? The employee seemed so excited and happy to be charging me which I’m sure stems from a trend i remember seeing on tik tok, but everyone’s not trying to cheat the damn prices some people are just trying to not waste money or FOOD.
Also the meat was dry and she didn’t give me the chips that came with my kids meal. She has time to focus on the side prices but not enough to make sure everything is in the bag, we love that. Go to any chipotle location but...
Read moreI love eating at Chipotle because it's a meal that's healthy and I feel like I get some bang for my buck. However, I am saddened by the new rewards program that I got when I downloaded the app. None of the employees ever remind me to scan my code when I'm checking out which I didn't think was a big dea, because you can request the points afterward, until the app told me that I had requested points too many times.apparently there's a limit to how many times you can request the points for purchasing food at a Chipotle in any given 30 day cycle. When I brought it up to the girl at the counter she said that she was just finding out about this limit. So I asked her if she could refund me and then recharge me and scan my app and she said that there is also a limit on how many times they can do a refund in a day. It's a real bummer that a rewards program, obviously designed to bring repeat business, may in this case actually result in losing some business. I may just have to limit how often I eat here to the amount of times that I am allowed to request...
