Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Phoenix

Preordered 2 Gotta have it bowls of ice cream and scheduled it to be picked up at 1pm. I showed up at exactly 1 and waited patiently for the associate to come out front and help me,3 minutes go by and still no help so i start saying,loud enough to be heard,”hello is anyone there?” And “i have an order to pick up” wait another minute and still no assistance comes nor can i see anyone around. After waiting over 5 minutes i finally called the store and the employee answers but doesnt say anything,no greeting at all,and i say hi im in the lobby and have an order to pick up and she rudely rolled her eyes and grabbed it out of the freezer for me. Wow what great service and i had to wait 10mins to be treated rudely. Definitely won’t be going to this location anymore I guess I’ll have to drive the extra couple of miles to Desert Ridge now LOL but on the upside the icecream was perfect,just wish the service was...

I ordered Cookie Doughn't you want some icecream in a cup. Paid 5.69 for the tiny portion and there was NO cookie doe in it. I even gave a dollar tip,.I brought it back up and explained to the salesgirl and she was going to charge me another $1 for the cookie doe. I kept insisting for her to give me what I paid for and she didn't. It's all on video because I became upset and reached over the counter and took a cookie dough from the jar. She called the police. I waited and waited, and no police. At the same time another customer came in to pick up a cake she ordered and they didn't have it ready. The same salesgirl handled it and looked confused. I think she should be fired. I will never step foot into any of your stores if nothing will be done. Check the video tape...

Tell me why when i went yesterday to the 7 th st an bell location , around 12ish i think ?? both door where locked ? I looked through the windows because i looked on line for the hours and it said they were open . Then i looked on the times and days of when there open and closed they had posted right next to the door , and i said there were supposed to be open too. As i was looking in i noticed the back door they go in an out of inside the store was covered up with something lol . It made me feel some type of way about going there anymore because who knows what could have been going on back there so i just left and wont be coming back with the family. Hope everyone is...
