Went to grab some ice cream late a few nights ago. There was an immediately weird vibe when we went in, and it took a moment for us to be addressed. The whole time, the two employees kept quietly talking to themselves, so we couldn’t hear, with a third person on the customer side of the counter while they made our order. It didn’t really make for a very welcoming atmosphere. Our one ice cream bowl, after a $1 tip and tax, cost over $9. It was tasty, and I know they mix in your ingredients unlike most places, but I can’t imagine us going back again when the service was poor and we can get twice as much ice cream elsewhere for...

They just don't care. The young guys working here just don't care about your order or the service. Extremely rude and barely put anything in the cup. It was $20 for three small cups!!! I had to ask for lids 3 times and they just tossed lids at me. Had I known there would barely be any ice cream I would have not needed the lid. Also had I known about the worst service Cold Stone has ever provided I would not have gone there. I will never be going back. Go somewhere see if you want ice cream or even standard service. If you want to feel like getting bad service then...

These guys litterally suck they can't read and have no clue how to do anything right they have screwed up my order for the last time. I have gotten the wrong items over 6 times from this place it's almost comical how poorly they perform here. I will never come back not worth it when they pump out topingless ice cream what a joke for how much I pay for it I could buy a goddammit gallon. Sorry but hope anyone else's experience is better.
