Update: company did reached out and addressed my concerns with my order very promptly. And also informed me that they would discuss the incident that occurred with staff. I have been here before and had a great experience so it was very shocking to receive the food I did. Hopeful and looking forward to coming back to have a more enjoyable experience.

Messed up pick up order I ordered the Vegan burrito- and paid extra to add Feta cheese (I’m not Vegan just like what’s in the burrito) they added tomato’s instead which I have allergic reactions to raw tomatoes so I couldn’t even eat the burrito. 4/14/24 - The restaurant contact page seems to be malfunctioning. Today at the 7th Ave location the d'veggie bowl I ordered was replaced with a d'vegan bowl. While sharing a few ingredients, these dishes are not especially close enough in taste or texture for a satisfying substitution. While I can't say why this happened, I suspect the names of the dishes are too similar. I recommend changing the name of one of dishes to create an obvious difference. I been coming here for 3 years and Yesterday I found a full body grasshopper in my low carb breakfast. Disgusted I threw it away and tossed the drink I bought as well. I tried to call 4 times and they did not answer. Finally they answered and were not phased that I found a bug in the food. left me on hold and then hung up. 6th time I called they asked if I wanted a refund. obviously I would.. Came in today for the refund and they only refunded the food. Shouldve gave me my full bill back since I found a bug and didnt have an appetite for the drink.
