I ordered online. About 5 minutes after I ordered I received a call saying they couldn’t deliver because they didn’t have enough drivers. I asked for another dominos # the kid said ok. I had to get a pen once I did the kid on the phone told me they don’t have other locations phone numbers. Even though I had told him i needed another locations number because I had to have it delivered. He told me ok then once I located a pen he didn’t have any dominos numbers. So I asked to speak to a manager and he told me he was the manager. He sounded like a kid and I told him no adult manager wouldn’t have another dominos number. He told me himself and the other manager there didn’t have any dominos phone numbers. Then when I told him I was going to call corporate about how they just canceled my order he hung up on me. Very unprofessional and rude that they accept an order then can’t even give you alternatives. I understand that everyone is short staffed but he didn’t try to help or even offer an apology for the inconvenience. I’m still annoyed that I hunted down a pen after asking for a number then all of the sudden he didn’t have one. I don’t believe for one second that two mangers were working and they didn’t have enough drivers. If the mangers were there one of them should have started delivering pizza. The kid told me they didn’t have enough drivers for all of the orders. It was 11:20 pm. I don’t think they were in a dinner rush at that time. I think they didn’t have a delivery driver or they let the delivery person leave thinking they close in a half hour and nobody would order. Still don’t understand why the kid would tell me ok when I asked for a number then when I found a pen tell me he doesn’t have a phone number. Read moreI am new to the paradise valley area. I normally love domino's for the dough they use and seasoning. But, I discovered not all domino's are to be trusted after visiting the 3329 E bell location. They NEVER give a REASONABLE amount of toppings on my pizza(its all chesse and mind you I like to order extra). The card reader NEVER WORKS. the instore pick up kiosk is ALWAYS BROKEN. Their system is ALWAS DOWN. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Out of the various times I've visited to pick up my order. They have FAILED to make it right every time. Started to think it was just how they made the pizzas because, I pointed out the miserable pizza. To be answered with what's wrong with it. Followed by a bothered face from the cashier. At this point I was completely convinced this is just normal for this city. Until I visited the paradise valley village location off of Tatum. The Tatum location(my now favorite store) makes real food. This 3329 E bell locations food. Is a joke. After I realized this terrible food was not normal (bad food is just their normal) I contacted customer service. And all they could do for me was offer me a new pizza from the same location. I asked if I could get the pizza from a different location and was told that wouldn't be possible. Read moreAbsolutely abysmal service tonight, I ordered for delivery at 8:25 pm it is now 10:16 as of me writing this. I received a message saying deliveries were backed up and it would take an hour for the delivery at 8:33 pm. Never mentioned me calling to confirm if I still wanted my order just if I wanted to change anything on my order. Could barely even get to the phones without it having a two and a half minute pre roll with no number to speak to an associate immediately just referred to the web site. Once I finally got through I tell the worker about it being over and hour and a half since I got the call saying it would of taken an hour. He then tells me it was cancelled and refunded back to my card and I told him I didn’t cancel it and I wanted my pizza and wings; and then he asked if we could send another one out I said yes please and then tries to change me for the pizza and delivery again. I then said I don’t want to pay because I never cancelled my order or asked for a refund, or spoke to anyone about confirming, or not receiving my order.
