I ordered curb side. I’m disabled. I was told to pick up my order at 6:11. I was a bit early. I waited 25-minutes and called and told them I need silver ware and was here waiting. I called again 1/2 hour later still in my car and a lady who answered the phone said we don’t bring out orders to pick up after dark you will have to come in. And then she hung up. I called back and a man answered and he said your order will be out soon. And he said she hung up on you because you were upset, well yeah after telling me I had to come in to get my order. This was an online order from their website for curb side pick up. Shortly after a lady comes out and brings my order and tells me she will never bring another order to me again. This is at 6:39pm.
I first want to say you should not take orders curb dude online if you do not plan let people use your service You obviously do not have enough staff so you might want to hire some good professional servers and pay them well as these 3-different people are such a bad reflection of your business. I want to add since you will never serve me curb side again I won’t ever come back so no worries here
I gave you 1-star but really no star for horrible customer service Update your website. I could not ask for basic silverware condiments or pancake syrup
Don’t send me any more emails with your deals as this person does not want to here from you again

We ordered limp bacon , it came hard as a rock ,i ordered the "split decision" that has a French toast and stack of pancakes. I got my French toast about 8 min or so after my husband got his food and I asked about the pancakes and the rude waitress said "I only have e 2 hands " as she was walking to another table. We ate and it was about 15 min or so and I stopped the waitress and said "do you know if my pancakes are still coming " she said "oh I'll check" and she went to another table. We finally said "forget them I'm full" as she is walking by and asked for our check. She says "oh you don't want them now?" I said "I'm full and it's been a minute so no I don't." She brings the check and it's full price for mine and I say " i only got 1 French toast piece so I shouldn't be charged for that I didn't get". She looks at me and says "you said you didn't want the pancakes as I was heading back to get them" I said "it's been 30 minutes and we are done so I didn't want them but i shouldn't be charged." She gets really huffy and snatches the check out of my hand. She took off $2.56. Ridiculous. For whatever reason we were switched to a different person after our drinks were taken. When asked for our order, unfortunately this is where it turned into a not so much pleasant experience. Cook or waitress Didn't get my order correct, it took no joke 5 min explaining how I didn't want canned Jalapeños but I'll take Serrano peppers. Didn't ask about our drinks to be refilled. The place only had 4 tables being served. When young lady was placing bill on table she put it on corner and walked away without a word, we attempted to talk to her and she walked away. We were trying to ask where we pay. No reply. No matter what when bringing a bill, you should say thank you or do you need anything else. Meanwhile another waitress cleared our plates. We wanted dessert but was never asked if we wanted anything else, after all that we said no obviously she don't want to serve us, so we will leave.
