This is the worst Taco Bell ever. I went there on a few occasions and my food was cold and old when they gave it to me. I called in my order and was told that my order would be replaced. When I went to get my order replaced the general manager argued with me and told me I did not get cold food. I never saw this woman ever before, I advised the lady that she don’t be at her store all the time, I informed her that there has been multiple occasions that I have received old food and flat sodas. She then begin to mock me and say we serve fresh food. I then advised her that in the fast food industry there are times when you are busy and don’t want to stop making orders to replace items on the food bar that are low and instead workers will scrape the very bottom of the container to put together an order to clear the drive thru line, which I get it I understand but when accidents happen with peoples order you all should have a better system for replacing customers orders and not have to argue with customers . Whoever I spoke with that told me they would replace my order should have done her job and wrote it down. I just feel like the quality of the food is disappointing and the customer service from the general manager was unacceptable and unprofessional. While waiting for them to replace the order the whole crew came to the drive thru window watching me and laughing, when I left the person at the drive thru window was very rude and nasty with me. I said all this to say the general manager needs a little more training because she doesn’t know that she set the tone for her work crew and she doesn’t know what customer service is or what empathy is, the customer brings business, without the customer coming to your establishment there would be no revenue coming to that specific location and it would be closed down. Read moreI want to update my review. I had spoken to their "customer service" (yeah right) rep on the phone. This was about another month after I called them. I told them I wanted to speak to the store representative. They guaranteed they would call me within a week. Here it is a month later and I am still waiting. This whole company only wants your money and does not care about their customers!!!! If they did, they would contact the people. I am not some young kid that barely affords to eat, I am one with disposable income and have contact with many people through my job. I will be sure to let everybody know, go to Taco Bell as a last resort. And do not expect your order to be correct or to receive any customer service. I have worked with customer service most of my life including running businesses, I have never seen such a lack of caring and a company that stays profitable. Below was my original complaint, and this was just one time, this has happened 2 other times and I will not go back ever again!
I went for breakfast, ordered extra sauce, and paid for it, in my crunchwrap. There was no sauce in it at all. The site offered a Grilled Breakfast Burrito free with purchase. I added it on and was charged! No freebie even though I followed the instructions! To top it off, they forgot the burrito and I had to go back, get out of the car (since I was doing drive through was not dressed well and felt funny), go inside and get it. I then wrote to Taco Bell customer service, no response. Had a problem with them before, wrote to corporate customer service twice, and after 1 1/2 months had to call them to get it taken care of. Read moreI had the worst experience this evening 1/01/25 put in an online order once I got off from working a long shift of work . My husband picked up the order and didn’t check the bag before he left. Once he got home I checked the bag and noticed there was a burrito missing , no big deal it’s right around the corner so I figured id call them so they could make it and I could come pick it up. I spoke with a Justine or Justina on the phone who told me no problem to come back threw the drive threw and they would re make the $2 bean and cheese green sauce burrito that was missing from the order , once I got to the drive threw I told the lady who answered the window I just spoke with Justina or Justine on the phone for a re make on a burrito and they told me to hold on a second , then some guy gets on the head set and has an attitude and was like um I remember making that burrito and putting it in the bag and continued to tell me that I did receive the burrito that in fact was not in the order when it arrived at the house ,and I am not about to argue with some dude over something that was clearly missing and I was already told would be replaced so I stated again that I spoke w the Justine or Justina and he told me to pull forward with an attitude so I said that’s what I thought then once I got to the window he refused to remake my order! What a waist of time don’t tell someone to come threw the window to get there order remade if there just going to have to argue with another co worker once they arrive .
