Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Phoenix

I've been coming to this Jack in The Box for years. I don't normally write reviews for Fast Food, as Fast food tends to always be just that. Fast Food. But this jack In The Box has a special place in my heart and i decided today that i had to write a review.

From 2016-2018 i worked night shifts for a company and after work i would drive to this Jack In the Box anywhere between 1am-3am and get 6 tacos and a raspberry ice tea. The gentleman who worked during this time, i assume was the manager, always made me feel welcome. After the first week he began anticipating my arrival and always greeted me with a smile. Even at 3am. Eventually, we'd end up talking for 10 minutes every night. Just catching up.

The tacos were of course brilliant, and that mixed with the Raspberry iced Tea, my nights were always perfect. I've never in my life had someone so caring, kind, and amazing at a Fast food restaurant.

Afterawhile, i started travelling and switched jobs. I stopped going. Then after a year i came home and the first place i stopped was this Jack In The Box. The guy who took my order? The wonderful human being who spent so many nights with me and my basic tacos and tea. I haven't seen him in awhile, but i know we'll cross paths again some day.

I never got your name, but i wanted to take a moment and tell you thank you. There were many nights that you never knew how much i needed our late night meets, but thank you for always being there for me. You are the friend i needed back then, and i will always appreciate the little kind things you did for me.

The absolute best Jack in the Box I have ever had. One random Thursday late night had a craving and a coupon to use so my buddy and I went to get some food. 1st thing I would like to mention would be that the drive-through accepted EBT cards Which is very important because 85% of the Jack in the Box locate locations don't accept EB T through the drive. The next thing I would like to mention would be how phenomenal the curly fries were for it being 2:30 in the morning dirty in the morning they were fantastic perfect perfect couldn't even wait to use the ketchup that we got with them. Lastly the ultimate cheeseburger that came with my meal was hot and fresh and you could tell. The guy who gave it to us was super friendly and answered the questions we had about the pricing which we find to be a little bit high for fast food. Order our food online at 1038pm got to the window the guy asked for our name told him order was for Freddie he said he doesn't see our order, showed him the app receipt went back to check came back and said they don't have that order so he couldn't help us, I told him my name again still couldn't find it, showed home the app receipt again he finally found it he gave us our food (10 minutes) and the tacos he gave us were old and cold not even warm they were ice cold, I asked if we could get fresh Taco cuz these ones were ice cold he no everything was fresh and shut the window on us ?? I honked the horn he came back I asked to speak with a manager he said was the manager asked for his name he Said Joe and shut the window in our faces again ? I wasn't being rude or anything I just wanted Taco's that weren't old and cold got home and he didn't give us the the 12 we ordered.
