Upon arrival, my money promptly was removed from my checking account, by way of my Debit Card.

I have absolutely no issue with money being removed from my account upon arrival, it typically indicates my meal is being started, if not packaged to hand-off to me. Well maybe at many others McDonald's Restaurants around the GLOBE, not so much at this Indian School Rd. and 7th Ave location in Phoenix, Arizona.

I was asked.to go around to the front and park there, my order should be out shortly....

Do da do da, do da do, do da do da do da didlely do, Do da do da do da do, do da do da didlely do.....5min, 10min, 15min, 20min Then finally Out The Building the Team Member arrives with my order, along with my Mustard Filled QPC Sandwich. Normally a lapse in Quality Control for something so small it's almost contrite, EXCEPT I am unfortunately extremely allergic to all things mustard even if merely in the same building as the plant. I would immediately begin to recognize the initial response to an initial allergic reaction, then after 3 to 5 min of the initial exposure I will feel my throat tightening, increasingly difficult to breathe without struggling to capture any part of each desperation as I feel my body struggle to re oxygenate every cell in my Body before they expire due to lack of nutrients, respiration, and removal of the accumulated waste byproducts of nutrients, respirations from completed processes of a time past, at least 12 hours earlier, certainly prior to this imminent crisis I'm surprised by.

Fortunately the bag with the totality of my cataclysmic facilitator has been secured, then removed from my proximity to minimize my immediate risk.

Unfortunately, I had already left , so I had to discard part of Lunch. I handed the bag with it over to another person that appears to be hungry.

I absolutely deplore any type of waste; most especially food.

I could have been in quite seriously injured, even killed by this small error at this particular location.

They always appear to have a challenge getting high accuracy of customers orders.

Most of the time it is not typically so severe as a severe anaphylactic reaction.

Well thank you so much McDonald's on the 700 East Indian School area I most likely and never going to eat not only at your location but fast food anymore in the future. It's just too easy for strangers to make such a small error but terribly terribly upsetting with the consequences for others. Does your team realize how serious it can be if someone has that kind of allergic reaction to anything?

Perhaps some refresher training, or Baseline training, for your team members. I have no idea whoever it was the prepared the meal was new or existing either way not acceptable. To make matters even worse not only did they put mustard on it they put the sales order that I placed on top of the box guess what I said no mustard no salt so it's not like they were not...

Update: The breakfast bagels are all available to order and receive on the app now. It wasn’t the best (I don’t think I got the extra sauce requested, and the best ones are greasy with a little char on the outside ring of the bagel), but I very happily ate it anyway. I’m sure as the staff gains experience making and eating them, they’ll figure it out.

I have waited 20 years for Phoenix McDonalds to bring back breakfast bagels. I was super excited to see them appear on the app of my local McDonalds, albeit “temporarily unavailable”. I was hoping another location would have them now, they are franchised after all.

Huzzah, this location let me order one. So I drive down there just to be told they don’t have them. I almost agreed to get something else, but that is why they have it available/not available in the first place, to get a little bump in sales before everywhere has them.

Well, you get my hopes up, waste 40 minutes of my time (plus time complaining) and gas at 4AM, I will never purchase food from your location, you get a bad review and a corporate complaint.

I never worked at McDonalds, but used to be a grocery store director. There’s NO WAY you “accidentally” let this be available to order. This was intentional and that really pisses me off.

I feel bad for your employees. Not only do they have to deal with an influx of homeless people, now they’re going to deal with angry customers in the same boat as me. It’s really not right.

This location is a BS ..they don't have a cashier..just the KIOSKS and ppl at the kiosks take their sweet time .it's not their fault "they'recustomers" .they don't have cashiers ..that really SUCKS. I do not recommend you to come here if you are late for work or you're starving, or have kids.. you will desperate.. when I say it's bad I mean it... DO NOT COME HERE... Update... 0ct.. 14..2023. I came back after a long time of not coming here, they had a cashier, I used the Kiosk to eat in, so I got the number for table 25, they didn't take it to the table, so why do I need to take the dirty thing for table service, if they don't take the food to your table plus they don't clean those signs. They need to keep clean the kiosk and the signs as well. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 I went in there on October 15th 2024 and believe me this place is getting worse, it was a trash! It was around 8-9 am , the screen at the kiosk was nasty , no hand sanitizer, the table numbers no a clean spot to hold it, trash everywhere in the lobby, no clean tables, I had to hold my burrito with the wrap paper since I had touched all that, it was hard and uncomfortable to eat in there, so like 10 mins later the manager showed up and I told her, she did the right thing sending someone to clean and herself I appreciate that, and I hope they do it in the daily basis, and I hope they pay attention to the kiosk and the table numbers 🤮 🤮 I am adding pictures of the...
