I placed an order online specifically because I have limited time between clients, yet I’ve been standing at your location for over 30 minutes waiting for just two drinks (and as I write this, I’m still waiting). I’m not the only one—several other customers have mentioned waiting close to an hour.
This is completely unacceptable. If your location is running behind or understaffed, it should be reflected in your online ordering system. Your marketing promotes “skipping the line,” but it should also clarify that customers may be left waiting for an extended period, which defeats the purpose of online ordering.

This wait time far exceeded what I would expect, even from a sit-down restaurant. During my wait, I noticed at least 10 other customers encountering similar delays, which suggests this may be a larger operational issue.
