I placed an order online specifically because I have limited time between clients, yet I’ve been standing at your location for over 30 minutes waiting for just two drinks (and as I write this, I’m still waiting). I’m not the only one—several other customers have mentioned waiting close to an hour.

This is completely unacceptable. If your location is running behind or understaffed, it should be reflected in your online ordering system. Your marketing promotes “skipping the line,” but it should also clarify that customers may be left waiting for an extended period, which defeats the purpose of online ordering.

To make matters worse, the staff was dismissive and seemed annoyed by the presence of customers simply waiting for the service they paid for. This experience falls far short of expectations, and it needs to...

I wanted to provide feedback regarding my recent visit to your establishment. Unfortunately, I experienced significant delays, waiting over an hour just for a drink. This wait time far exceeded what I would expect, even from a sit-down restaurant. During my wait, I noticed at least 10 other customers encountering similar delays, which suggests this may be a larger operational issue.

While I understand that occasional delays can happen, the extent of this experience indicates that a review of your current system or staffing during peak times may be necessary. I hope this feedback is helpful as you consider ways to improve your service.

On 8/5/2020, I had the pleasure of coming into your store & interacting with Emily. She was so attentive to any needs, questions or concerns I may have had. Please keep her & do something special to acknowledge her (like give her a raise) I will be returning simply because of the two experiences I had with her.
