came here for a birthday lunch and was NOT disappointed:) food tastes AMAZING-great customer service-only thing i would say that (could) use a little improvement is the salsa (i didnt have it but my Tio did and he said it was "kinda bland") UPDATE: the experience is hit or miss based on whos working that day- Ive visited 2 more times since my first experience and the 2nd visit was bad(guy at register seemed bummed to be there, maybe just stoned, who knows?) and the presentation was very messy and portions were half the size as the first visit. Last(and final) visit was somewhere in between the first and 2nd visit(as a customer consistency is important to me) last visit the tacos looked felt an tasted like they were dipped in grease(completely crumbled upon picking up) :/

What are we rating? Food or service? Had it be food, 4 stars. Had it been service no stars. Using the restroom, the paper towel dispenser was empty. Awkwardly it was replaced while I waited to properly wash my hands. Meanwhile, the emploee who replaced the papertowel immediately went into serving food to the customer before me, without washing her hands. Read the reviews. Food service is counter, meaning you order your food at the counter, when it is ready they call your number and you retrieve your food. Table side serving is not available.Tipping is always optional, read the reviews. Table side service seems to be available for alcoholic drinks, however. Food is delicious. I ordered a street taco combo which comes with two tacos and rice/beans. I ordered the asada and pollo. Better value might be had if you order the tacos individually. In this combo, they are about $6 each. I also ordered a pollo asado quesadilla, it was more quaso and fillers than protein. Read the reviews. Overall, I would not visit again. There are better places.

I went to this place as it has decent ratings. It's my first time here, so I asked the server for their best seller. He recommended the quesobirria, so I got one with al pastor and Carne asada tacos. The quesobirria tasted weird. It has a taste of old oil. Maybe because of the cheese. It wasn't for me. The AL pastor and the Carne asada were really good. They offered the tacos with their spicy salsa, but it wasn't spicy at all. I also got horchata for a drink, which was the best one I've had so far. Since I am not from the area and don't know anything around, I felt the location wasn't safe. I feel this place is overrated for what they serve. Their prices are also quite higher compared to other taco places around the area. This is even pricier compared to the ones in Tempe, which have really good tacos. I would go to Taco Boys before I go back to this place.

Awesome restaurant for authentic Mexican cuisine. There are a few tables inside, and on the front patio and also back patio. The front patio has a fairly busy street running in front of it, which may put off some. We sat there and had no issues. The back patio will be a bit more quiet if you're looking for that experience. The burritos were unbelievable and large, I can see why there was a pretty active take-out business. They have a decent selection of adult beverages, if you're so inclined. The staff working were extremely helpful, friendly and patient. This is a highly recommended spot by me.

The taco's and salsas were good but the bathroom was filthy (see photos.) It reminds me of the old saying that you can tell the cleanliness of the kitchen by looking at the bathroom. If they don't keep the bathroom clean that is visible to the public, then what practices are they keeping in the kitchen, which we can't see? Also, when I ordered I was told I would need to come get my food at the counter when my number was called. Meanwhile, I witnessed every customer around me (at least three tables) have their food delivered to their table for them. Why the disparity?

Pacos Tacos is a humble spot that serves absolutely delicious food. To begin, their street tacos are well balanced and flavorful. The meat is properly seasoned, and there's a decent amount of heat. I had the Carnitas and Carne Asada. Fabulous! Their corn tortillas taste made by hand. Because I like my tacos hot, I served myself red and green salsa from the salsa bar, which are made from scratch. Their inside dining is "cozy", but their outdoor patio had ample space. This was my first visit to Pacos Tacos, but it certainly won't be my last!
