Update 4/15/25: I spoke to someone over the phone the day after the initial event, and she was very apologetic, respectful, and willing to do something to make it right. She told me that the drive thru experience I had is 100% not what they strive for for the Canes family and asked if it was okay to send me two "be our guest" canes cards for two box combos. I said that that was very thoughtful (ik, corporation, lol), and I would appreciate it. The point of my original review was to help have what happened be made right. I tried calling the night it happened and the morning after and left the review when I couldn't get ahold of anyone. Problem resolved. Thank you, Canes
Original post 4/7/25: Can't speak on the food since we were refused to be served. Showed up at the drive-thru at 12:52, after 10 hours of work, to try and get just a box combo with a couple extra fingers and toast, and the speaker tells us that they're closed...tf? But there are lights on? And cars here? So we try to pull up to the window to see what's up, like are they deep cleaning or just closing early? What's up? There's another car in front of us, and she has her hand out the window lightly tapping on the glass and waving slightly to get someone's attention. She gestures to her watch and then reaches to tap the window and wave again. After ignoring her for about a minute, she gives a thumbs up (or something) and drives off. We pull up, and there are two people at the window point blank ignoring us. A tall dude with blonde curly hair and a shorter girl with dark hair in what I think was a red shirt. I could see her whole face, and we waved, and she ignored us. She pretended we were not there with over 5 minutes until closing. Not even having the common courtesy to inform us as to why we're being "turned away."    Read moreI have been coming to this location since they opened multiple times per week. Tonight I was extremely displeased with the service I received by 2 âmanagersâ that acted unprofessionally (Stephanie & Jennifer store 672). I came the other night 2 hours before closing ordered my usual Extra Crispy Chicken and my order was not made right. I was told that the fryers are shut off for the night. So the manager at the time gave me a refund and told me to come back another day and ask for a remake. The manager stated that when I return for my remake all I have to say through the order speaker is that Iâm here for a remake and provide my name along with the name of the manager who had assisted me. However, when I returned for my remake it did not go as smoothly. The mangers on duty refused to remake my order without any prove of receipt as if I was lying. I had to pay outta pocket. The mangers did not handle the situation professionally and were being rude and disrespectful. I even went back home to show them the original receipt of the order that was supposed to be a remake. I didnât get an apology. They didnât acknowledge the inconvenience they had caused me and I still had to pay for a remake that they stated they would comp me for messing up my original order. Hubby and I came here for a bite after 13th Floor and it was like so bad lol Ordered a Caniac and for literally three fingers. Three. On a Caniac. They gave us 4 extra which was nice but still. Dr. Pepper is out, ketchup is out. Girl with black/dark brown hair and a red shirt over a black jacket and another girl with a long ponytail and grey shirt were behind the register talking and goofing around. Not paying any kind of attention to anyone and giving us dirty looks while we were there.Not even checking food. They had no regular sized straws out, we had to use kids in our large cup which wasnât ideal. Drain under fountain was leaking all over the rug. I had to move it. Managers were out at Dutch Bria while left a bunch of teenagers unsupervised to run this place alone. Funny enough once they got back, everyone was working again. Soda water. Button kept on getting stuck. Bathroom was technically clean but trash was overflowing and no toilet paper.
Canes used to mean something when I worked there but clearly customer service has gone downhill. I wouldâve been called out over headset if I was at the counter talking and or doing anything. $20 for one Caniac and a large drink and this customer service. What a waste of a building l definitely wonât be coming back
