Placed a pick up order and Arrived to store at 6:05 pm. Doors were locked employees present inside of the store. Knocked on the door and a female waves to go to the drive thru. I work nearby therefore i walked to the location on my break. I respond to her i dont have a vehicle. Female employee opens the door and informs me the lobby is closed and to proceed through the drive thru. I inform her i walked tot he location, and I can walk through the drive thru or she can hand me my pick up order. Employee informs me only vehicles in the drive thru. I then ask her if she can hand me my pick up order. She reports yes she can give me my pick up, however needs to make it first. I also ask if I can place an additional order from the bakery items for a few cookies on my app and she reports no that I will need to go through the drive-through with my vehicle in order to obtain further ordering, due to security reasons, she cannot have the lobby open and cannot be walking back-and-forth. However, she will make my pick up order and come back and hand it to me. I then was thinking if she was going to walk back and make my pick up order why am i restricted from placing an additional order with my online app for her to just place a few bakery items for me to pick up without any further drinks needing to be made. She adamantly refused and reports that she cannot do that due to security reasons and I need to use the drive-through. I felt that her comments and lack of customer service to please her customer was very poor. I then walked back to my job site obtain my vehicle and went through the drive to to complete the entire order not once did she apologize, and I felt that it was a huge inconvenience when she was allowing me to pick up one order, however not allowing me to place additional orders when it would not require any further drinks being made just grabbing two additional cookies when she was already grabbing one from the pick up order. I was not asking to go into the store simply adding two additional items. If it wasn’t for my coworkers placing that pick up order, I would’ve never returned back to this location to use the drive-through. The customer service was very poor, lacking of common problem solving skills and the entire incident was unprofessional. Also, the lobby closing at 6pm should be...

So a few weeks ago I came here. I don't live up here any more but I come visit family on the weekend. So I stop by here on a Sunday morning I believe and ordered an impossible breakfast sandwich. Drop off thinking nothing of it.
Got all the way to the highway to discover a really burnt sandwich. I called and spoke to Christa and she explained what happened and apologized and offered a new one the following day. I kind of didn't take the apology at first because if they knew the meat and eggs was still frozen and needed to cook longer then they should have cooked just those frozen parts longer not the bun. Anyways. So I didn't make it back up this way as I'm down in Tempe and went home that morning. A week went by and I asked if could just have a refund and they gladly did so.
They are always happy and friendly even at 4:30 am. I appreciate this location. Everyone makes mistakes. New people come in. They have no control over what corporate does. The chai changed and its gross as heck in my opinion. I'm not writing a bad review because they have no control over that. The young man gladly explained the situation and insisted they may change back so keep looking out for it. I only drink chai here lol. Anyways. Love you guys...
Read moreDo not recommend this location!!! I have been coming to Starbucks for YEARS!! And have never experienced the most lack of professionalism that this location as well as leadership provided. The “supervisor “Krista” was extremely rude. As I was using the restroom I was interrupted by 3 loud knocks from the supervisor Krista. I yelled back that Someone was in the bathroom 3 times and she still proceeded to enter. As soon as she realized that someone was in the restroom as I clearly stated 3 times!! She quickly closed the door. She failed to apologize for invading privacy , but instead decided to tell back “ How long have you been in there for”… I had only been in the restroom for no longer than 10 minutes. Once I finished she refused to apologize and proceeded to provided poor customer service .. I cannot believe that Starbucks would hire such a rude individual like miss Krista.. she also said that Starbucks has a policy of how long an individual can be in the restroom for at Starbucks which I’ve never heard of .. she also said that I needed to get out of the rest room so that other customers could use it, but there was no other customer that needed to use the restroom after until 10 minutes after she barged through the door. I am completely disgusted and disappointed of this experience and would NEVER recommend...
