My daughter got her hair cut and I got an eyebrow wax. It was horrible, I still had wax on my face in three spots when I paid. My brows were butchered, plus I still had stray hairs. She never used tweezers at all. I sat with my head tipped back in the shampoo chair which was fine but the lady walked back and forth across the room to get the wax from the warmer. It was the longest eyebrow wax I’ve ever had done in my life. My daughter wasn’t happy with her hair and at first I just thought they can’t copy a picture for a haircut. Then when her hair dried I noticed her bangs are very uneven, the layers on the side are different lengths as well from each other. I now understand why we were able to book an appointment online on a Sunday for 45 minutes later. I don’t know how you’re a hairdresser and can’t cut hair evenly. Her bangs slant at an angle from one side to the other. The best part is when I was done with my wax I went up front to pay. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I met with a woman named Misty after viewing that she has been doing hair for 23 years made me trust her in cutting my hair. I regret coming here she cut my hair way too short into a short bob different than what the photo was showing a medium bob haircut when I got home I noticed a huge difference. NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO!!! The comment this hair stylist made saying “your hair will grow into that photo” just tells me she made a mistake cutting it way too short. That wasn’t the point I dont need to have my hair grow into like the photo that could have been possible if she cut it like what I showed her my hair was really long when I came inside the salon. Shes been working a long time as a hairstylist she could of been honest with me and said she isnt able to do that haircut and I would of had no issues & picked something else.
