Started with missing a drink cup then the soda machines just sputtered while getting drinks from the machine. Went up when name was called and 3 out of my 4 fries were missing. I had to ask 3 times for my hot chile sauce. I ordered a son of a baconator and it had 3 patties on it which is more but incorrect. I go back up for my fries when my name was called and got back to the table where unfortunately 2 of the 3 fries fell on the floor, so i picked all of them up off the floor brought them to the counter showing the employee Christine that my fries fell on the floor and asked if they could be replaced. She then told me that id have to pay for more fries. I was then floored asked to speak to the manager and when he came up there told him that the fries fell on the floor he could have the bad ones and asked if i could get new ones when then again i was told that "here we dont do that." I told him that "this is part of my meal i didnt purposefully throw them down, and im not trying to get anything free. I worked at BK as a manager for 3 years and never would i have told someone that because their fries fell on the floor they cant have them replaced. Id simply take the ones that fell and replace them." He told me that "we just dont do that." I told him at this point i will be getting in contact with the store manager and corporate because this is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. i spent 30 to feed my family and am missing a quarter of my order. Not to mention its bs that while standing up there talking to the manager he hands a reciept of another messed up meal to a crew member and tell him to make it fresh for the person at the window... This is the first time ive been to this wendys and will never return. Completely disrespectful staff and management tonight.

The lobby for this place has been closed for ages now. This is understandable considering that the place seems short-staffed, but there’s no signage or anything letting you know about this. Additionally this restaurant doesn’t pick up its phone very often, and because of this I’ve walked to here on several occasions just to be greeted by a locked lobby and nothing else. The dine-in option on Google has yet to change, further making this situation confusing.
This in itself is a bit of a problem, but it wouldn’t be so bad if the drive-thru wasn’t a mess either. I got there to order around 9:30 PM and the car line is next to empty, with just 1 car in front and none behind me. The drive-thru crackled to life after a full minute of waiting. Still not ideal, but it’s to be expected for fast food. However, the quality of the food was poor at best. I ordered a Dave’s Single combo with chicken nuggets, and a lemonade to spare. ALL of the food items were lukewarm or cold when they were handed to me from the drive-thru window, and somehow they managed to get my soda incorrect too (Dr. Pepper instead of root beer - and flat, too). I was informed after I paid that the lemonade size I ordered was out, and I was forced to downgrade because of it. At least the place managed to get the right flavor.

Read moreI had a problem with a mobile order using the Wendy's app. I had recently installed the app on my phone, opened an account, and saved my credit card info with the account. I ordered a meal at this Wendy's using the app. When I arrived to pick up my order, they couldn't find it. What happened was that the order was sent to this store but the name was a shortened form of my first name plus the first letter of my last name.
I am not going to blame this store for the confusion that caused when I arrived to pick up my order. I am going to blame the Wendy's app for the problem. The app is poorly designed and not easy to use. They should have a code that you give when picking up an order like McDonald's app has. This would avoid any problems with names and provide greater security. Wendy's could improve their app even more if they gave an option to schedule an approximate time when you expected to pick up your order like the Jersey Mike's app does. Not everyone wants to pick up an order immediately.
My evaluation of this Wendy's location is only about the quality of their service. Service is fairly good during the daytime hours but not as good during the evening hours. This is a staffing problem but I will cut them some slack because the service industry is having difficulty recruiting good workers and retaining them as we emerge from the COVID pandemic.
