I’ve been ordering here for about 2 years since I’ve started living in Phoenixville. I’ve been here plenty of times with friends and family and it was a great time and the food was always good. I mostly order pickup and I notice it’s usually the owner who rings me out and she is usually pleasant.
Tonight though was different for some reason. I ordered pickup and got there when it was ready and she was speaking with a group of people I assumed were ordering food. I realized quickly it was just a casual conversation and I was being ignored. I was finally acknowledged only after a woman in the group informed me they aren’t ordering and I should go ahead. I very gladly thanked the woman and the group for their kindness.
The owner reluctantly asked me my name with a look of annoyance that I had interrupted her conversation as she rung me out for my food. She then said nothing to me and started speaking to her employee as I stood there up until I left with no thank you or good night. Took a total of 10 minutes for me to pickup my food that was already ready when I arrived……
There is no excuse for rudeness especially towards a paying customer who has been somewhat of a regular supporting your business. I can’t remember the last time I’ve been so rudely dealt with at a restaurant but this is most definitely my last time here ever.
Just a warning to others you may get the same terrible treatment I...
Read moreI recently dined at Dim Sum Court restaurant, and unfortunately, I had a rather disappointing experience. The highlight of my disappointment was the chicken fried rice, which, to my surprise, was served in the smallest portion I had ever seen. It left me questioning the value for money, as it was quite underwhelming.
Moreover, the lack of taste in the chicken fried rice was quite disappointing. I found it to be rather bland and lacking the typical flavors that one would expect from this dish. The absence of any distinct seasoning or spices made it fall flat, leaving me unsatisfied with my meal.
Given my experience, I must admit that I wouldn't consider revisiting this restaurant in the future. The combination of the meager chicken fried rice portion and the overall lack of taste left me feeling disappointed and unsatisfied with my dining experience.
Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this Chinese food restaurant to others. There are plenty of other options in the area that offer more flavorful and satisfying dishes. If you're looking for a fulfilling and enjoyable dining experience, I suggest exploring other alternatives in the...
Read moreI had never been to a dim sum place but have enjoyed dumplings with my Chinese food for years now. A beautiful friend from Alaska suggested we eat here. I was blown away with how fast the dumplings arrived after ordering. They were mind-blowingly delicious. I ordered the big single dumpling thing next, which I did not think was as good, but still good. The scallion pancake was also pretty good. But dem dumps tho. 🔥🔥🔥. I will definitely be back. It saddens me that my friend is back in Alaska now and I won't get to stare into her beautiful eyes while I bite the top off of my dumps and then slurp out the contents. I just remembered that we were seated in front of the C4 seating label. I made a joke about her being the bomb and then we had a discussion about C4 explosives because she had no idea what that meant. I guess we grew up watching different television, because C4 was a big part of my childhood. I hope that you sit at table C4 and that the person you're with understands your reference when you say that their personality is explosive. Actually, I hope you come up with a better joke. Don't forget to blow on your dump before slurping....
