The smash burger was probably in my top 10% that I've had. The crispyness of the edge with the juicyness of the middle is a great combo. My girlfriend got a wrap that was also good. It's grilled chicken and the flavor of the grilled chicken over powers any caesar-ness to it. Still very good though. The vibe was great being able to look out the window and watch the downtown. Only complaint were the few gnats/flies that kept bothering us. Such is with any restaurant window seat. I'd sit closer in next time and see if that help. Would come back again

First Time in Phoenixville. Decided to stop in Rebel Hill on a whim. It was a Sunday afternoon so things were kind of slow but still was a good time. Bartender, beer and food were good. Caesar salad wasn’t a conventional Caesar but was very good. Wings were good but could have used more sauce. Plain Fries were cooked really well but were salted with a spice that I didn’t know what it was and I personally didn’t care for. All in all, a good time and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Wow so pleasantly surprised by the good food at a brewery! I got their fried chicken sandwich and it was delicious! I switched the ranch for chipotle aioli that the waitress suggested and it was such a great decision—perfect kick and flavor, totally compliments the sandwich! Prices were a little steeper than what I expected though. My husband also got a flight to try and I took the sour because that’s what I’m into. Very friendly staff and great service.

Our waitress who was also the bartender (Mackenzie) provided almost zero service to our table while going to the table next to us 5-6 times, came to our table maybe twice the whole time. Didn’t even bring us napkins. Service really lacking, and it wasn’t busy at all.

My wife asked for a cocktail, waitress said they ran out, so she just drank water….because they just seemed to only have beer (my wife is not a huge beer fan)

She then asked for the Irishman sandwich, waitress told her they don’t have that either. So she said ok just bring me nachos.

A few moments later…

Here come her nachos and the Irishman.. that she said they ran out of… still a mystery to this day.

The managers were nice and compensated us, but the waitress provided no explanation for what happened or apology or anything, she just stopped coming to our table…

Train your waitresses or people will stop coming. The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because the managers were actually trying to fix things. But still doesn’t change the fact that we still really didn’t have a waitress, and I had to go up to the manager to even just ask for the check since she just stopped coming to our table. I drank one beer, no one asked me if I wanted another, more loss of business due to...

Different Cheesesteak #1262. One thing kept this from being a top 5 spot on my Philadelphia Cheesesteak Adventure. But first, we call that a tease in video land. Special Saturday drinks and cheesesteaks with Amigo Dan. Rebel Hill makes its own beer cheese. I asked the nice bartender if they would make me a cheesesteak with the beer cheese, and he said yes. We got a cheesesteak with fried onions and beer cheese. It came with French Fries. The beer cheese is creamy and adds a ton of flavor to the cheesesteak. I loved my beer. It was named ‘Eaten Alive’ in honor of ‘The Blob.’ Great space. Bar, table, and outside seating. You can hear in the video. It can get a little loud inside. The bartender was friendly and helpful. What kept this from being a top-five stop? The roll. It wasn’t a bad roll, but this cheesesteak deserves a much...

Here for this place. Full disclosure, our first stop is typically REC, RIVERTOWN TAPS and then we’ll check out Rebel Hill. It’s our third time here and our experiences have been top notch. Vibe is always laid back (our brunch group can get rowdy) serves are super personable, the Manager is a delight and we can tell she cares about her employees. Wide range variety of beers too choose from and if you want a cocktail there is a gentleman behind the bar who mixes up fantastic drinks. Don’t sleep on Rebel Hill. Stop on in for a good time with friends and top notch service from people who actually care about your experience....
