Ā Ā Ā Read more(7/13) I had wanted to try this place for a while because of the cute aesthetic and the wide selection of flavors (although many of the things listed on the menu werenāt available), but I had an allergic reaction today that could have been easily prevented if the worker told me that the chocolate in the Enzo icepop contained hazelnuts when I asked him. Iām allergic to peanuts and tree nuts, and the menu description mentioned that the filling included a chocolate I had never heard of before, so I asked the worker if there were nuts before eating the icepop. He acted like it was a ridiculous question when I asked if it had nuts and only mentioned that it contained dulce de leche, so maybe he was just unfamiliar with the recipe, but it would have been nice to include a mention of allergens like nuts on the menu in the case that a worker doesnāt know what he/she is talking about. The manager acted like it was obvious that it contained hazelnuts from the name, but not everyone knows what gianduja chocolate is (including the worker there apparently?), so it would be very helpful to mention individual ingredients like common allergens on the menu for all menu items. Thankfully, he agreed to give me a refund (which was a little difficult since the cashier didnāt give me a receipt), since I would have asked for a different one instead if I had known there were nuts. I would warn anyone with a food allergy to be super careful here, since both the menu and the workers may not inform you of potential allergens or make them obvious.
Update (7/21): I waited a while for the refund to appear but never received it, it probably went to another person who ordered the same thing (could have been avoided if I was given a receipt in the...

Lucciano's is adorable and oh so charming. The whole place is colorful and super inviting. The seating area is in the shape of a roller coaster, which is cute and fun, and everyone around us, including the adults, seemed to be enjoying themselves.
They offer so many gelato flavors, and it can be a little overwhelming to choose what you want, but they allow you to sample their gelatos to help in your decision-making. We got 3 items to share, since we couldn't make up our minds. Our favorite was the Mascarpone & Berries Ice Pop. Unlike many gelatos we've tried before, this particular one was creamy. It reminded us of the Creamcicles we used to get from ice cream trucks when we were kids, but with berries... pure nostalgia.
We also got a Fiore Strawberry Ice Pop, simply because it had a smiley face on it, and thankfully it was tasty, too. The strawberry-whipped-cream ice pop was coated in a pink-tinted white chocolate shell that paired really well with the berry inside.
After trying so many of their actual gelato flavors, we settled on mango, strawberry, and tiramisu. We liked the flavors separately, but unfortunately they didn't pair well together. We can't fault them for that, though, since we're the ones who chose to put them all in the same container.
If you love gelato, this place is a must. Great atmosphere, friendly staff that seem proud of the product they represent, and most importantly, delicious sweet treats. This is their only location in the United States, so make it a point to check them out if you're visiting Orlando.
