Freddo Pinecrest — Restaurant in Pinecrest

I’m a regular customer at this ice cream shop, one of my favorites for its high-quality ice cream and great atmosphere. However, during my last visit, I noticed an issue with the service. The employee, who mentioned they’ve been working here for two months, struggled to properly use the scoop, resulting in an incomplete portion, like only half a scoop of ice cream, despite paying $10. I believe this could be addressed with better training on scooping techniques. I hope the owners can improve this aspect to ensure consistent portions and maintain the excellent experience this place is known for. I’m confident they can continue being the best!

Soy cliente frecuente de esta heladería, una de mis favoritas por la calidad de sus helados y su ambiente único. Sin embargo, en mi última visita, noté un problema con el servicio. El empleado, quien comentó que lleva dos meses trabajando, tuvo dificultades para usar el scoop correctamente, lo que resultó en una porción incompleta, como si fuera solo media bolita de helado, a pesar de haber pagado $10. Falsely advertised time. Took my son for his favorite ice cream. Google had closing time posted at 11:00 as did the sign on the door but to our surprise the door was locked. The young girl inside came to the door and said she was closed. We told her the sign said 11:00 she ignored us and closed the door and ran inside to clean. Very upset and disappointed. I hope the company sees this and rectifies...

Terrible experience today at our favorite ice cream place. We arrived at 10:30 and the door was already closed. The girl inside said she was already closed. The sign at the door said it was open to 11:00. On Google it said 11:00. We told her that and she said it was wrong they close at 10:30. Very disappointing. She looked as if she was rushing to go home. I have a very sad child in my car now....
