This clinic is an absolute disgrace.A young girl was just 10 minutes late to her appointment—something that could’ve been handled with basic professionalism. Instead, they refused her service, then proceeded to spread completely false and damaging lies about her behavior, claiming she was rude and disrespectful, which could not be further from the truth.

Their staff didn’t just act unprofessionally—they crossed the line into outright slander. The level of dishonesty and cruelty shown is shocking. They lied excessively, twisted the truth to protect their own image, and tried to paint an innocent client as the problem. That’s not just unethical, it’s dangerous—especially for a clinic dealing with people’s faces and health.

The facility is spotless, and the customer service both online and in person is exceptional. They answer all my questions promptly and are very transparent and clear with pricing, ahead of time, which was important to me. I did not want to go in without having an estimate of what pricing will look like and I notice other places do that and its def one of the reasons why I chose this place. Completely disappointed. My sister went there for a Botox appointment, and even though she informed them she would be late, they told her ‘please come we will still accept you.’ However, when she called again while on her way, they said ‘we can no longer accept you.’ It was unacceptable to make such a change when my sister was already almost there. To make matters worse, when she arrived at the location, she was greeted in a cold and unwelcoming manner, and they didn’t offer any assistance. No service was provided at all.
